De locatie, uitstraling hotel, alles aanwezig: zwembad, tennisveld, mooie bar, snooker etc

Cons:

Vasttapijt op kamer, eten is standaard: mist een beetje”liefde”. ( kruiding, vis gestoomd ipv gebakken, puree droog) is alles wel vers bereid?
Ontbijt is goed maar waarom geen verse fruitsla, verse youghurt en geen vers geperst appelsiensap?

Badkamer zou wat gerenoveerd kunnen worden (denk aan wat vervuiling van de voegen)
Drinken aan de bar is erg duur. €9,- voor een biertje vinden wij niet kunnen. Het hotel is al niet goedkoop dus een schappelijke prijs voor een drankje vind ik wel zo netjes om goed met je klanten om te gaan.
Daarnaast moesten wij toeristenbelasting betalen bij de uitcheck waar wij van tevoren geen weet van hadden. Bij de overige hotels die wij in Frankrijk hebben geboekt, stond dit netjes vermeld. Dit gaf ons al met al toch een bittere nasmaak aan ons verblijf

Illegal additional charges after booking.
Pros:

If you're a golfer it's a great location.

Cons:

Rooms were small and no air on. Tables in the lounge not great for eatibg at. Main restaurant over priced. Not enough sun loungers.

We booked via booking.com which clearly stated we had 2 adults and 1 child and even clearly said there was no additional charge for the child. However, they aggressively tried to charge us 30 euros extra at check out for putting up an extra bed - which we did not request. They stated they sent us a message post booking stating this extra charge - however, given this was in contrary to the "non-cancelable" booking confirmation it was not enforceable or legal. You dont buy something then get an email asking for more after... Took 15 mins of arguing before they agreed to allow us to not pay the extra 30 euros. They even ignored the booking confirmation when i showed them. Clearly they need to work with booking.com to make pricing correct at the point of purchase and need some customer service training.

Le charme d’un manoir et une équipe au top
Pros:

Le cadre est presque hors du temps, un vrai manoir à l’ancienne. Le personnel est incroyablement accueillant et agréable. Mention spéciale pour Marianne qui nous a formidablement accueillis.

Cons:

Une chambre sous les toits et sans climatisation. Le ventilateur était bienvenu mais insuffisant. Fenêtres ouvertes la nuit, piqûres de moustiques le lendemain.

Perfect hotel accommodation for those looking to relax alongside the golf course.
Pros:

The proximity for the golf course is the main attraction to the hotel. But the front patio area and amazing breakfasts were also above expectations. We liked the feeling of nature outside next to the very nice swimming pool and the bar area made for a perfect evening spot to relax after golf and watch World Cup football. Thank you to all at the hotel

Nothing really, the lack of ac in the outside bedroom cabins could have been an issue if the weather was hotter.

Un bel hôtel pour se faire plaisir au Touquet
Pros:

Personnel sympa et serviable, la chambre était jolie et très propre, nous avions un ventilateur (canicule, pas de clim), grande piscine.

Cons:

Les abords de la piscine sont vétustes et pas entretenus (espace douche / vestiaire condamné), je ne m'attendais pas à cela dans un 4 étoiles !
