It's an older building but you could tell they are trying very hard to make it as good as possible.
Pros:

great bed, awesome pillows. Very clean room with enough space. I had a King non smoking room and there was no smoke smell at all so it's been that way for a while. Locked , gated parking was good for my motorcycle.

Cons:

TV was broken, color was off and nothing I did could fix it. Others I talked too had cold showers and were not fixed during the time we were all there. I had a hot shower in the same wing of the building.

Somewhat clean, convenient area, great staff.
Pros:

The staff were nice. Gave me another room at 3Am when I found Cockroaches inside my room.

Cons:

I did an early check in and was giving an older room. Older tv, older headboard, old blue chairs, Ac barely blew cold air in the room, I had to stand next to it so I can cool down. Bathroom shower head was hard to rotate. 2 days into my 4 night stay I was up around 3am and wanted to get some ice I had left on the table and there it was a cockroach running around on the table all happy and jolly at 3am. Then I seen another one near bathroom door I could have broke my legs the way I put clothes on and ran down to the receptionist in lobby I let them know what was going on, I Showed them videos and I was accommodated a new room which was way better everything was updated tv, bed, headboard, chairs, AC and the flooring. Although at the end of my stay as I was showering I noticed mold on the bottom shower curtain. I let front desk know when I was checking out. I don’t think I’d stay here again…

Pros:

Hotel fantastico. Qualità prezzo per Los Angeles imbattibile. Struttura pulitissima con letti enormi e comodissimi. Posizione ottima, korea town è una zona molto tranquilla e ben posizionata per muoversi sia con i mezzi che con la macchina. Parcheggio gratis ottimo sevizio.

Cons:

Nulla. Forse mancava la colazione, ma comunque in camera c era una macchina del caffè

It was great overall cause we were constantly out exploring and only used it to sleep.
Pros:

We liked the space of the room and the cleanliness was great.
Parking situation was 10/10 but wish more was explained at check in what was available onsite. It looks like an old hotel but good value for money.

Cons:

The bed pillows are all lumpy and need to be changed.

Parking was real convenient and easy ascess and nobody bothered me that’s a plus but they need to clean the hall carpets

I think the parking was the best thing about this location.

The smell was awful through the whole stay and it make me feel like l was in dirty bar.
