The next day, the manager finally came into contact with me and saved our stay big time. He was fully apologetic and told us, that the behavior of the phone lady in no way met the hotel's standards dealing with customers. He gave us a better room and offered a very generous solution. We felt fully welcome. Other than that, the hotel is clean, well maintained, and the gentleman on the reception is a very nice person. Disadvantage is, the reception is empty after mid afternoon. The next day, I observed another couple relatively helpless at the empty reception desk..
The arrival was complicated and, in the beginning, very cumbersome. It's a boutique hotel, and the reception was empty. Nobody was available, to assist checking in. The lady on the phone resisted any assistance and insisted on "a message on booking.com, which should give instructions. Problem: Booking.con sent nothing. We fought an hour long, until a cleaning member saw our desperation and helped us checking in.
La habitación muy cómoda y amplia, la chica de recepción muy amable, me consiguió pava eléctrica para hacerme mate, sombrilla y silla para la playa para mi estadía. El lugar es muy lindo. Muy amables en la recepción, el gerente del lugar tb estuvo en contacto para saber si necesitaba algo. Es muy práctico y puedes comunicarte por wats app. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la playa y de centro comercial, es céntrico.
Se escuchaba el ruido de afuera del pasillo bastante por si hablan fuerte pero no es algo del hotel.
La ubicación del hotel esta muy bien.
Era muy dificil contactar con alquien del hotel, despúes de las 4pm, cuando cierran la recepción. El chico de la recepción no ha sido capaz de solucionar ningún problema. En la habitación que recibimos a pedir un cambio, lluvia por el techo, la habitación apestaba a humedad y moho y había un deshumifícador, lo cual indica que sabían del problema de la 218. Tras insistir hablar con el manager, por fin sentimos mejora, Oscar ha sido muy amable y de gran ayuda.
El hotel es normal, en cuanto al precio. Las camas muy cómodas y el aire funciona muy bien. El personal nos ayudo siempre que los necesitamos, en cualquier horario. Ademas tiene buena ubicación.
En general, nuestra experiencia fue aceptable, aunque hubo algunos aspectos que no cumplieron con nuestras expectativas. Las fotografías de las habitaciones daban la impresión de que eran más amplias de lo que realmente son. Nos alojamos dos personas en una habitación bastante pequeña, por lo que el espacio resultó algo justo para movernos cómodamente.
Además, junto al hotel hay un minibar con acceso directo a las instalaciones. Esto genera un flujo constante de personas y ruido durante gran parte del día. Al haber acceso de personas que no necesariamente son huéspedes, en ocasiones resulta difícil distinguir quién se hospeda en el hotel y quién no, lo que puede afectar la sensación de seguridad durante la estancia.
The room was extremely dirty. We rented it for seven days, and during that entire time, it was never cleaned. On the one occasion when I specifically asked for the towels to be changed—since they wouldn't dry due to the high humidity—and also asked for the floor to be washed, the floor remained just as dirty.

Surroundings parking spots are only residential, you have to park a few blocks away fornon residential parking. The hotel bar can get very loud until late a night (2-3 AM), no ideal to sleep
