The maintenance hotel is very poor. The entrance door and the room door had come off, but no one fixed them. It should be checked regularly.

I ordered an extra bed for my room. Two housekeeping staffs came to set it up, but they did it carelessly. They made the bed untidily and left the duvet and the duvet cover separately without putting them together.

I saw a cobwebs is on hallway.

Considering the quality of the service, the room rate is too high.

Breakfast buffet is poor.

Khách sạn siêu đẹp, toàn bộ phòng đều view biển. Nhân viên hỗ trợ siêu nhiệt tình. Nhà mình để quên túi xách ở nhà hàng nhân viên đã nhiệt tình tìm giúp. Khi nhận phòng có 1 chút sai sót nhưng các bạn đặt phòng đã nhanh chóng xử lý để m được nhận phòng sớm. Vote 10 điểm ko có nhưnv

Pros:

Beautiful views, but some room for improvement

​The hotel itself is lovely and beautifully designed. Its location is fantastic, offering a unique and stunning view of the bay. A huge advantage is that every room faces the sea, which was definitely the best part of our stay.

​Pools & Beach Comfort:

The hotel has a gym and an indoor pool, plus two outdoor pools—one by the hotel and one by the beach. While the locations are scenic, there are a few practical issues. There are very few sunbeds available, and they don't have mattresses, which makes them quite uncomfortable. Even the wooden loungers in the private beach area lack cushions. Additionally, pool towels aren't provided at the deck; you have to bring your own from your room, which is quite inconvenient. Also, keep in mind that bikes are not free and require an extra fee.

​Dining & Service:

The breakfast buffet is high quality—the seafood and crab soups are highly recommended! However, it was missing some staples like Eggs Benedict or an omelet station.

​On the plus side, the staff is incredibly helpful. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Ms. MY at breakfast for her great attitude. Also, Mr. Sinh-FBM deserves praise for his professionalism; when a dish didn’t meet our expectations, he handled the situation perfectly.

​Atmosphere & Noise:

One major downside was the noise level. The surroundings stayed very loud until late into the evening, mainly due to constant karaoke sessions coming from the villas located right next to the hotel. It definitely disrupted the peace.

​Summary:

It’s a beautiful spot with great service, but the experience would be much better with more comfortable loungers, a towel service by the pool, and better noise control.
