Opravdu vůbec nic.

Cons:

Strašné ubytování, jak můžete vidět na fotkách ve stropě obrovská díra, na povlečení hnusné černé žmolky nebo co to vlastně bylo… Neskutečný smrad v koupelně a když jsem šel požádat o jiný pokoj, pán nebyl absolutně ochotný a byl ještě dost nepříjemný. Ráno jsem musel brzo na letiště okolo 6:30 a nikdo nebyl na recepci, abych jim předal kartu od pokoje. Pán vylezl asi po 20 minutách, protože spal a já nestihl svůj autobus, takže další peníze vyhozené za taxi. Nedoporučuju vůbec tento hotel.

Absolutely nothing. I hated everything about this booking.

Cons:

One of the worst experiences of my life. I'd already had the booking confimed 4 weeks before check in. However, when I got the hotel, they simply just said "we're over booked". They didn't make any effort to find an alternative stay for me and I had to find another hotel on my own.

On top of all of this, when I asked for a refund, they told me they can't cancel the booking! They literally tried to SCAM me as if leaving me without a place to stay wasn’t enough. Extremely shady behaviour!!!

The placel itself looked very insanitary with clutter and garbage everywhere. Avoid this place like the plague it is!!!

The will enter your room without your consent before check-out. DON'T GO THERE

No thing is good. Everything is bad + they enter the room without my consent and moved our luggage. We urged to call the police.

Title: Absolute Nightmare - Unsafe, Dirty, and Massive Privacy Violation!
Rating: 1/5 (or lowest possible)
​Do NOT stay at the New Fatih Hotel under any circumstances. My experience here was absolutely horrible and deeply unsettling.
​Here is why you should avoid this place at all costs:

​Severe Security & Privacy Violation: Before our official checkout time, the receptionist used a master key to enter our room without our consent or any prior notice, and actually moved our luggage! When confronted, they coldly justified it by saying the room was booked for someone else. We felt so unsafe that we had to call the police.

​Terrible Staff: The staff is unfriendly, highly unprofessional, and completely unapologetic for blatantly invading our privacy.

​Filthy Rooms: The room itself was dirty and clearly not maintained.

​No Elevator: There is no lift in the building. Be prepared to carry your heavy luggage up the stairs all the way to the 5th floor.

​This hotel is unsafe, unclean, and operates with zero respect for its guests. Save your money and your peace of mind, book literally anywhere else.

​إليكم أسباب تجنب هذا المكان تماماً:

​انتهاك خطير للأمان والخصوصية: قبل موعد تسجيل الخروج الخاص بنا، قام موظف الاستقبال باستخدام مفتاحه الخاص للدخول إلى غرفتنا دون إذننا أو إبلاغنا مسبقاً، وقام بنقل أمتعتنا! وعندما واجهناه، برر فعلته بكل وقاحة بأن الغرفة محجوزة لشخص آخر. شعرنا بعدم الأمان لدرجة أننا اضطررنا للاتصال بالشرطة.

​طاقم عمل سيء جداً: الموظفون غير ودودين، يفتقرون للمهنية، ولم يعتذروا أبداً عن اقتحام غرفتنا بل حاولوا تبرير هذا التصرف المرفوض.

​غرف قذرة: الغرفة كانت متسخة جداً وتفتقر لأدنى معايير النظافة.

​لا يوجد مصعد: الفندق لا يحتوي على مصعد كهربائي، مما يعني أنك ستضطر لحمل أمتعتك وصعود السلالم حتى الطابق الخامس.

Złodzieje, pobrali pieniądze ale sami odwołali moją rezerwację. Napisałam 20 sms, dzwoniłam ponad 20 krotnie, pisałam informacje, że będę 2 dni po wyznaczonym terminie za który zapłaciłam, ale pokój ma czekać na mnie. Nikt nie odebrał telefonu, nikt nie odpisał na moje wiadomości. Pobrali pieniądze a nie mogłam nocować w tym hotelu.

Cons:

Okradli mnie. Odwołali mój pobyt, a pobrano opłatę za ten pobyt.
