Only the location because it's closer to the main road and shops.
Front desk isn't available 24/7 as they claimed to be and had hard time communicating in English tbh tuk tuk drivers spoke better English. So had troubles during the entire stay. The pictures on the site has been taken 2yrs ago and the rooms look nothing like this. They're extremely dirty and no A/C. Barely been cleaned when someone checkout. 90% of the time you get used beddings.
When I checked in room hadn't been cleaned after the previous stay and I asked the lady to change the sheets next day but no. I wouldn't expect daily cleaning services for this price but I need a clean room when I check in.
It was a horrible experience overall, if you're not a local please do not book this hotel at any circumstances. I'd give -1/10

Good room and clean room
In booking.com app it was showing a price for 400rs , so i booked it.. when i went to the hotel, he said per day room is 800rs and he didn't activate booking.com facilities..why then that hotel was listing in your website.? Very bad experience . Please check with hotel listing and update with latest hotels
The location was in center and was able to access to main locations
Rooms were not at all clean, room full of cockroach. no ventilation. totally unhygienic.
