Beautiful fantastic hotel
Pros:

It's was very special, staff was fantastic, great view!! All in all Magnificent

Cons:

We liked everything, the only thing we requested was an umbrella on our balcony, the sun was direct into our room in the afternoon so a umbrella or awning will make it 10 out of 10

Enjoyed Elia Sea suites and would return.
Pros:

Rooms were a good size, with beautiful ocean views and a jacuzzi. Staff were friendly and Rafael made the pool a nice area. Hotel is short walking distance from city centre.

Cons:

Breakfast was nice, but not the same quality I have found at other more high end places. But the staff were very accomodating and it was still very nice and lots of variety.

Quand une personne est sûr sa terrasse elle voit la chambre.
Idem si on est dehors pas d'intimité

New building in convenient location
Pros:

The location is magnificent, on the rocks at the end of the Nea Chora strip of restaurants along the waterfront. The rooms are brand new and beautifully designed with high end finishes. The ladies who worked in the breakfast area were very nice and made my coffee just how I like it.

Cons:

We arrived very late one night (after 11pm) without having a booking and asked for a room - booking.com showed very clearly there was a room available. The staff member who was working that evening did not want to give me the room because he couldnt be bothered doing anything. I proceeded to book the room on my app in front of him and then he still said he could not check us in because he had not received the confimation on his system yet. After speaking with the manager by ringing the main phone lines, we were then given our room - disappointing because everyone else who we met was lovely - however after arriving tired and late to our hotel room after travelling all day - sitting and arguing with the reception was a pretty bad way to start and difficult to come back from.

Kohtelias henkilökunta, hyvä aamupala, kauniit maisemat. Siistit huoneet, rauhallinen ympäristö. Upeat näkymät huoneesta & erinomaiset drinkit allasbaarista!

Cons:

Kallis hinta, ei välttämättä vastannut täysin hintatasoa. Allaspaikkoja/rantatuoleja oli aika vähän. Allas oli kylmä, kun saavuimme, joten ensimmäinen ilta oli vähän apaattinen.
