Proximity to station was the only plus point
Pros:

Proximity to old Delhi railway station

Flush not working in toilets leaking taps and choked washbasins with dirty buckets and mugs

Worst experience had in a hotel. The one man was horrid to us and should not be working there

Nothing, we had a terrible experience and had to check out.

Cons:

Do not stay here , man in desk is dangerous. On check in the man on reception wanted to take our passports away and when I said no he got very aggressive, shouting and at one point wouldn’t let me have them back. When got to room , sheets hadn’t been changed and room was dirty and awful smell. Had to checkout same day and still paid as scared not to. Still more shouting and kept knocking on door for payment when I explained I was finding an atm. Do not stay here

Room are too high for this and bed and bed sheets blankets pillows very poor condition
Pros:

The bed sheets very smelly pillows not comfortable bed not comfortable blanket very smelly cleaning very poor
And price too high for that room not worth

Cons:

The location and late checkout option was best I requested to check out time 4pm between then again I requested 7pm checkout they or very good staff accepted my request.
