Pros:

Расположение отличное. Сам город Паланга прекрасен и очень продуман для отдыха. Атмосфера в городе располагает к отдыху. СПА в отеле достойное. Но один отличный бассейн на улице - только для красоты, там не греют воду и вода там очень холодная. А Литва это не Турция.

Cons:

Мы заплатили за двухкомнатный номер. Нам дали однокомнатный. Наши возражения и возмущения приняты не были. Сделали вид, что такой и заказывали. А это совсем не так! Я всегда заказываю только 2-х комнатный, поскольку муж чутко спит и не может отдыхать, когда у него нет своей спальни. Мы просто не бронируем в этом случае гостиницу. Самое неприятное, что все, что нам предложили, это доплатить 450 евро, чтобы 2 дня таки провести в номере, за который мы заплатили! Это было верхом наглости со стороны администрации отеля. Нам испортили отдых в результате. Оформление номера нам не понравилось. Дизайн странный, не функциональный. Дизайнер думал только о своих композициях, но не думал об удобстве и функциональности. Так мыться в ванной человеку, которому за 60 нереально, туда можно залезть только на корячках и то с синяками. Нет крепления для душа. Нет никаких ручек, чтобы вылезти их круглой ванной с высокого подмостка и не подскользнуться. Номер довольно дорогой, 520 евро в сутки, при этом еще и платная парковка, 30 евро в сутки. На платной парковке нам поцарапали автомобиль. И никто никакой ответственности за это не несет. В общем итоговое ощущение от гостиницы ужасное. Ну может 3 звезды, может 3+, но никак не 5 звезд. И эти манипуляции с номером просто шиты белыми нитками. Противно, когда тебя так нагло обманывают.

Жить и за шума нельзя.
Cons:

Посторонние стуки в соседних помещениях. Проживать невозможно. Помощи в устранении посторонних звуков не получили. Пришлось уехать раньше времени.

Our stay at this hotel left a very mixed impression, and the overall price-to-quality ratio was disappointing.

There was a complete lack of transparency regarding extra fees, as we were only informed about the charges for parking and our pet at checkout, even though we were previously asked about parking without any mention of a fee. Furthermore, our room was located in a completely different building across the street above the "Vandenis" cafe rather than the main Palanga SPA building. The hotel's "Luxury" wing is extremely outdated and old-school, the "Design" wing is in serious need of renovation, and the breakfast selection was incredibly poor compared to other 5-star properties.
