La signora Greta gentile, attenta ad ogni esigenza ci ha accolti per la seconda svolta nella sua struttura semplice ma curata in ogni dettaglio.
Rinnovata recentemente, essa si trova in una posizione strategica con vista panoramica sulla baia. Le camere fronte mare sono luminose ed ampie. Pulizia al top.
La ricetrasmittente utilizzata dallo staff al mattino un po’ disturba. Metterei una colonnina per auto elettriche.

Camera molto confortevole con terrazzino vista mare, ben condizionata così come lo sono le parti comuni (corridoi e ascensore). Gentilezza alla reception. Considerato che parliamo d’un 3*** direi eccellente.

Lovely hotel just on the edge of the town. Easy to get to by bus, taxi or walking. Historic and scenic wall around and great balcony’s facing the sea view.
Staff were great and very personable. Got a text to ask about check in times so small enough for the staff to care about each individual guest. I would recommend this hotel for people visiting Santa margarita/Rapello/ portofino area.
Mini bar could have had some drinks in that then would be charged to save a trip downstairs but very minor inconvenience.
Overall no improvements needed from our visit as we had a lovely stay.
