Pros:

Bardzo ładny obiekt o wysokim standardzie. Piękny widok. Duże pokoje. Dla mnie na duży plus było to że osobno była toaleta a osobno łazienka z wanną. Miejsca parkingowe w garażu podziemnym. Narciarnia. Ładnie położony obiekt lekko na uboczu. Bardzo miły personel. Piękny basen oraz strefa z saunami. Na terenie obiektu restauracja w której można zarezerwować sobie kolację. Bardzo dobre jedzenie. Idealny obiekt na kilkudniowym wypadł na narty.

​Tolle Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen im Detail
Pros:

​Wir hatten einen insgesamt schönen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement war sehr großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Besonders genossen haben wir die wunderbare Aussicht vom Balkon – ein echtes Highlight! Auch der Wellnessbereich war klasse und das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider gab es jedoch zwei Punkte, die den Gesamteindruck getrübt haben: Zum einen herrschte im Appartement ein sehr intensiver und unangenehmer Geruch nach der Ledercouch, der leider auch durch Lüften nicht wirklich wegging. Zum anderen wirkte das Zimmer an einigen Stellen etwas abgelebt. An den Wänden waren deutliche Abnutzungen und dunkle Schlieren von den Möbeln zu sehen, die nicht korrigiert wurden. Das wirkte leider etwas schmuddelig, was bei der eigentlich hochwertigen und modernen Einrichtung sehr schade und unnötig war.

SOGGIORNO IN RELAX NELLA VALLE DI STUBAI
Pros:

Struttura perfetta per la visita della valle di Stubai. Colazione con tutto disponibile, e appartamento dotato di tutto quello che serve. La SPA a disposizione è piccola ma c'è tutto quello che serve , in particolare c'è anche la cabina a raggi infrarossi che permette di rilassare i muscoli dopo una giornata di trekking. Il personale è stato molto gentile.

Heerlijk ontspannen met prachtig uitzicht.
Pros:

Monique, de receptioniste was erg vriendelijk en heeft me met van alles geholpen. Door haar voelde ik me echt thuis in het hotel.

Cons:

Er was niet gecommuniceerd dat het restaurant dicht was. Als ik dat had geweten had ik mijn aankomst anders gepland.

cena hotelu zbyt wysoka w stosunku do jakości i lokalizacji
Pros:

Śniadania były słabej jakości. Na wszystko trzeba było czekać zbyt długo. jeden z kelnerów porozumiewał się jedynie po niemiecku, zaś drugi niezbyt rozumiał angielski.

Cons:

Śniadania zbyt mało różnorodne. Jedyne jajka jakie podawali to jedynie jajecznica i to słabo przygotowana. innej formy tego pożywnego produktu nie podawali. W tzw. spa brakowało wody do picia, a w szczególności ręczników na wymianę. Po wyjściu z rzymskiej sauny należało iść do recepcji po suchy ręcznik bo prześcieradeł też nigdzie nie było. Na zewnątrz budynku znajdowało się jakieś bajorko, które na zdjęciach reklamowych wygląda jak basen z podgrzewaną wodą. Pani recepcjonistka, choć bardzo uprzejma nie jest w stanie obsłużyć całego hotelu samodzielnie chyba poza kelnerami jest jedynym pracownikiem w tym obiekcie.

Hotel mit Aussicht zum Genießen😊

Ein tolles Hotel mit super netten Personal. Um jede noch so kleine Anfrage wird sich sofort gekümmert. Frühstück super! Aussicht bombastisch! Zimmer toll. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch sehr schön. Wir kommen wieder!

Im Prinzip sehr schöne Suite auf 2 Ebenen, recht gutes Frühstück, schöne Aussicht, aber 40 Minuten Autofahrt zum Gletscherskigebiet.

Cons:

Im Zimmer 307 sind die Fenster der oberen Etage mit dem Bett direkt vor dem Kamin der Heizung. Alle paar Minuten kommt für einige Minuten ein lautes Geräusch, das sehr störend war. Einige Reparaturen sind nötig, Türklinken zum Bad defekt, Licht am Bett defekt.
Und auf dem Sofa hinter den Kissen fanden wir alte Gummibärchen.
