Not much. It's close to the shopping centers, but other than that, the entire block feels very dodgy. The hotel staff recommended that I not go out after sunset—not even to the corner.
For the price, this hotel is very overpriced by Paraguayan standards. The facilities are poorly maintained. The corridors are narrow and feel gloomy. Inside the room, things don't improve much. There is a column in the middle of the room, and a large water heater hangs directly over your head in the bathroom. The TV is only slightly larger than a computer monitor. The beds are old and uncomfortable. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

A localização é ótima ,da para fazer tudo a pé, próxima a uma feirinha maravilhosa.
O antedimento no hotel é muito bom , a alimentação também é muita boa, não precisa ficar procurando em outros lugares,tem um valor acessível o restaurante.
Café da manhã , bom mas servem todos os dias a mesma coisa.
