Pros:

* Overall, this was good value for money and a perfectly reasonable place to stay for a night or two.
* The room was spacious, and the bed linens and towels were clean.
* Complimentary bottled water was provided on arrival, along with coffee, shampoo and soap, which was a nice touch.
* A hairdryer, iron and ironing board were available in the shared bathroom for guests to use if needed.
* The air conditioning worked well while it was running and kept the room cool.
* Despite being a property with a shared bathroom, we never actually crossed paths with the other guest, so it still felt private.
* The location is great—around a 10-minute walk from downtown Wilmington, making it easy to explore on foot.
* Free on-street parking was available and we had no trouble finding a space.

Cons:

* The bathroom could definitely benefit from a deep clean. There was some hair, grit, rust and mould on the shower curtain, and overall it felt quite dated.
* The room itself could also have been cleaned a little more thoroughly.
* The bottled water wasn’t replenished during our stay, so if you’re staying more than one night it would be nice if this was topped up.
* The air conditioning appeared to switch off during the night, meaning the room became a little warm by the morning but it was fine.

Perfect for a single night or two. Great location and comfy, but could use some updating and a good deep clean.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, and discreet. Towels and toiletries provided. Room was comfy and temperature was decent. Shared bathroom but never ran into anyone else.

Cons:

Overhead light didn’t work. Preach quiet hours at 10 but the people inside the home were loud until midnight. The bathroom could definitely use some updating and a bit more in depth cleaning. “Coffee” was a jar of almost no grounds. Could switch to a single serve coffee maker like a Keurig or something for sanitary purposes. The water was in a jar, again for sanitary purposes recommend single water bottles.

Comfort, cleanliness, and convenience all in one.
Pros:

The building itself felt like an organic part of the city. The entrance was almost like something out of a storybook. A spacious, comfortable room made relaxing and winding down easy, while the luxurious bathtub added an unexpected bonus.

Quiet & great location, would definitely recommend!
Pros:

Location was perfect for my needs, parking good. Loved the historic location!

Cons:

Bathroom a bit grunge, a stand-up shower would be better & maybe ditch the ironing board and place a small table for toiletries, make-up, cosmetic bag

It was perfect for those wanting a cozy getaway with so much to do within minutes.
Pros:

This stay was perfect for us! It was an easily accessible room, clear communication with the host and wonderful location. We went from the beach to the river with plenty to do all around.

Cons:

There really wasn't anything terrible. Maybe more water to be provided to guests who have longer stays.

Tout juste passable et que pour 1 nuit
Pros:

Honnêtement les hôtes sont sympas. Ils répondent à tous les messages donc c’est cool.
C’est bien situé. Moins de 1km à pieds de riverwalk donc gros plus.

Cons:

Le lit était mais horrible !!!
Heureusement que c’était 1 seule nuit. Que j’étais seule et complètement fatiguée de mon vol pour avoir envie de dormir sinon ça ne passait pas.
Vraiment je pense mes mots. Le matelas est horrible.
C’est sale. J’ai tout ramassé sous mes pieds.
Poussière partout. Vraiment c’est pas jouable de faire comme ça quand on loue. Ils sont très sympas mais ça ne suffit pas du tout à mon sens.

The location was good for walking the downtown area.
It was very difficult to locate the entrance.
At night very, very dark with no lighting to access entrance. The host was exceptionally rude.
It was so dimly lit in the twilight hours, I could not access the keylock pad.
The host came to open the door and promptly slammed it in my face. After a slight direction.

Continually berated me for cigarette smoke. I was in a designated smoking area.
Although, I had to endure his Marijuana smoke all evening.

Cons:

I would not book again.

Was an okay stay but could definitely have been cleaner.

It was convenient to downtown riverwalk.

Cons:

Wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it to be. One of the owners was outside smoking marijuana on the front steps when we arrived. And didn’t even introduce himself and make us feel welcome into there home. The bathroom wasn’t very clean when we arrived. I had to have the owners clean it. The back porch near our room was covered in leaves and sticks. The bed wasn’t very soft and the mattress didn’t quite fit the bed so we kept loosing our pillows behind the bed each night.

Great location & seamless experience - instructions for check in, wifi, etc. very clear. Walkable to downtown and waterfront was a huge plus.

Cons:

Soundproofing isn't great (it's an old house) so could hear owners' music/some conversation. They respected quiet hours though so no real problems if you're not trying to nap during the day.

The bedroom was clean and comfortable, the bathroom just needs a deep clean.
Pros:

I liked that there was water in the room, i’m hoping it was fresh though, not knowing how long it had been there made me nervous. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. Thank you for providing towels!

Cons:

The bathroom definitely needs to be cleaned. There were dead moths on the floor, and mold and mildew stains on the walls of the shower and the shower curtain. Also, the neighbors didn’t seem friendly, they would stare at me so strangely, I felt like I was in an episode of Black Mirror.
