Excelente servicio
La ubicación como siempre
Le faltaba el cancel de la puerta para bañarse, la puerta principal del baño no cerraba, una parte de la cama estaba hundida, y es la 2da vez que nos dan esa misma habitación pero ahora con esos desperfectos, lo que sigue siendo igual es que mero enfrente tienen sus lockers de sus empleados y por la mañana hacen ruido echando relajo y uno quiere descansar. En recepcion no te explican bien de inicio solo uno debe preguntar más detalles, de ahí en fuera todo bien 10 en el restaurante, felicitaciones a la srta. Ivonne.

The staff were very kind. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. In addition, there was a market right in front which was fun to explore, and the hotel is right by the metro, which made moving throughout the city really easy. I was a 10 minute walk from the zocalo and the Centro Historico, which was wonderful. And there was so much to see and do.
As a woman traveling alone, I didn't feel very safe walking behind the hotel after dark. In the market was okay, but the small streets behind the hotel are very isolated and poorly lit.
Habitaciones cómodas y amplias, todo limpio y me agrado que tuvieran productos originales de limpieza, las toallas perfectas y el personal amable.

Que mi habitación estaba bien pero el baño no tenía puerta en la bañera y se mojo el piso de donde está la tasa pero pues no tan malo Balla todo bien
15 min taxi from the Mexico City International Airport (MEX). Also, there is a metro station next to the hotel, you can discover the City from. And if you want, you can travel by metro directly from/to the airport. (only 1 change).
We were there only 1 night, so I did not find anything to complain about. :)
