Amazing hotel
Pros:

Rooms were clean, bathrooms clean, breakfast was delicious and prepared daily, and had a variety everyday. Staff was helpful. Daily housekeeping was done without even asking for it. The menu of food was good. The subway entrance was really close to the hotel.

Good location but bed bugs
Pros:

The location is excellent, central and less than 30 min drive from the airport. Close to a main square with market and train/subway station. The staff were friendly. The room was a decent size.

Cons:

There were bed bugs. In hindsight, I should have asked to move room but didn't.

La ubicación es excelente si quieres pasear por el centro de CDMX o moverte rápido dentro de la ciudad...El personal es sumamente amable y el servicio de restaurante (Desayuno) es buenísimo.

Cons:

El acceso en auto es un poco complicado, pero nada más allá de tener que rodear algunas calles.

Pros:

La disponibilité du personnel , l'emplacement et làprosporete

Cons:

Le manque de petits éléments de conforts comme l'absence de crochets dans la sdb.
La sdb pas très pratique et mal conçue
