Pros:

Staff was very friendly. The place was kept clean.

Cons:

Main hallway has worn carpets. The rooms are exceptionally basic - tea/coffee on a tray on the floor, bed was very short, tiny rooms.

Extractor fan not working and a bit of a smell in the bathroom. Small saving on city centre hotel to stay here instead wasn't worth it.

Listing on here implies parking space included, car was to be left on a street in a rough industrial area, not secure parking, and had to be moved on football match days as it's directly opposite the stadium - fortunately didn't prove a problem during our stay, but could have as this wasn't known in advance.

Gaining access to the hotel took a few calls and 10-15mins of messing to get a door code, again, wasn't provided in advance.

The location is fantastic for the football stadium.

Cons:

No staff on duty, lots of steps up to the bedroom. No lifts and no facilities for breakfast. Having to email for front door code and room number.

Me estafaron en el precio a la hora de cobrar. Me cobraron 468 € en lugar de los 293 € q figuraban en el link de Booking. No pasaron a limpiar ningún día, y estuvimos tres noches.

A great location for Everton and the bonus its a pub too. Great staff and a clean comfortable room.
Pros:

The second time we have used this hotel and both times we have been more than pleased. The staff are great and the bar is brilliant. The room was very comfortable and the bedding clean and crisp. If you are using it for the football at Everton you'll be amazed with the location as the stadium is almost across the road, The check in is a piece of cake and the communications are first class.

Great location and would book again
Pros:

Location, parking. 3 person room was spot on. Price was good aswell for what we needed. 10 minutes away was a bar that served breakfast and food throughout the day. The hotel is literally across from Everton football stadium.

Cons:

We were on the top floor and I know it’s a mega slim chance but wouldn’t like to be up there if there was a fire below. No external exits from what I could see.
