Perfect for our purposes as we were only really in need of a bed for the night.
Pros:

Great location for us. We were there for the Open and Sandhills station was a short walk away.

Cons:

There was really nothing else there and it is advertised as ‘hotel and bar’ but the bar is only open on Everton home matches. Although it was stated in the details it felt a little misleading.

Pros:

Close to the venue we was going to.
Beds were comfortable. Happy there was a kettle.

Cons:

No mirror in bedroom to get ready. Only mirror was in bathroom but obviously no plugs for straightens so made it difficult to get ready. Plus only 1 light in bath room the other was out.
Think remote battery's need changing as wasn't working so couldn't watch tv.

Cons:

For the price I paid, the room is basic, boiling hot, and only has an old, filthy fan. The windows don't open and it was impossible to sleep because it was so hot. I checked out before the end of my stay.

Perfekte Übernachtung für Besuch in Stadion!
Pros:

Wenn man ein Match im Hill DIckinson Stadion besucht ist diese Unterkunft perfekt! Zum spazieren der Waterfront entlang auch schön, es zieht sich etwas. Die Betten sind bequem, alles da und das Check in sehr unkompliziert.

Cons:

Wir wollten Parkplätze, aber leider sind genau die, wenn ein Match ist, nicht möglich, da dann das ganze Gebiet gesperrt ist. Die Bar unten ist auch nur offen , wenn ein Anlass im Stadion stattfindet. Im Zimmer sind ein paar Sachen zu reparieren oder zu ersetzen, Lampe in Dusche funktioniert nicht, die Storenketten fehlen, Fenster können nur schwierig geöffnet werden und es hatte zu wenig Kaffebeutel und Milchbeutel für alle Personen…

Convenient but better cleaning needed.
Pros:

Proximity to hill Dickinson stadium. Detailed message for arrival and local information.

Cons:

Had two rooms, both had hairs in the shower trays, grime in extractor fans. Extremely hot when we were there and restrictor bolts prevented windows being opened more than 10cm. TV signal poor. Name of WiFi did not exist and code provided didn’t work on any available signals.

Great location- description of hotel not accurate, still under renovation.
Pros:

Clean and tidy, great location for arena

Cons:

Pictures on line did not represent the property- still under renovation.
No fans in room - it was so hot.
TV was on wall adjacent to bed, not easy to view. No staff available.

Pros:

Lovely room, just perfect and right smack bang near everywhere you need to go. Me and my partner had a gig at the warehouse which was only a 5 minute walk so it was great.

Ok stay, bed wasn’t very comfortable and parking was horrendous! Staff were kind of helpful.
Pros:

The location of the property was great apart from parking. The staff were great allowing us to leave our bags until check in. The room was very clean and tidy on arrival with complementary water and coffee making facilities.

Cons:

We were told there was parking at the property but on the day the roads were closed. I contacted the property n they said we were unable to park there on their car park. Even though it states on the booking there is parking. We had to drive into the centre to park and travel back by uber.
The bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy.

Pros:

Excellent host 😊 Was very helpful went above and beyond to find us somewhere to park as usual parking was unavailable due to road closures on arrival.
Perfect location as we were attending event at The Hill Dickinson.
Room was very clean would definitely stay again and recommend to others

Cons:

Some traffic noise in the morning due to locality so is to be expected but nothing major

Perfect if all you need is a bed / base to attend the game and have a few beers with a stay over
Pros:

Perfect location. Clean and well kept. Bar open on sports day, earlish close too so wasn't kept awake by any noise.
Exactly what you need for a basic clean over night stay. Also welcomed by the owner as we was checking in.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was good. Lovely en suite, beds comfortable.
It was hot and uncomfortable because of the climate but we was provided with a fan. Not really much more the hotel could do other than air con. The sun was hitting our window.
There was a kettle and enough to make a brew in the morning. Also provided with a bottle of water each.
No mini fridge and nothing much in the area, but that's ok, we grabbed a uber eats.

Nice Basic hotel room.
Pros:

Straight across the road from Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Basic ensuite Room with TV, and coffee/tea making facilities.
Good WiFi.
Just around the corner is a Gregg's and Chipshop Takeaway. Off street parking was behind hotel

Pros:

You would only book here if you were going to the stadium as you are on industrial estate and nothing round it but you are opposite the stadium so extremely handy for it

Cons:

The snag is you can't park in the street on a match day between 10am and midnight so u have to use the ncp park which is £20 for 24 hrs on event days.
Free street parking if no event on but can't see u would book there except to go to stadium..
