It’s not worth it
Pros:

It’s not as per the images. The room is dirty. The AC is not working properly.

Nothing . The place looked scary.

Cons:

Extremely rude people. I had a confirmed booking and also emailed to hotel that I was checking in late and received a reply noted and welcome to check in anytime. However when I reached the hotel I was turned away rudely saying they had no rooms and they sold my room as they couldn't reach me. My call log showed no phone calls from them!!!

better stay away
Pros:

breakfast wasnt bad. served to the room, supposed to eat in-room. didnt accept card payments - cash only. Indian rupees only!!

Cons:

low budget joint. even so, not my kind of place. big issue was cleanliness. beddings were ages old, washed & served though. another one was poor ventilation in rooms. wifi was terrible, I had to use international data roaming.

I Booked the room and paid 500 as advance and ready to pay cash half of the amount, the remaining to pay during day hours due some network issues on my mobile, they refused to give room until pay full amount, during midnight i spent around 2 hours to find another lodge , i never expect this treatment while travel with family and kid, very very strange and bad experience...

Needs alot of improvement
Pros:

The room was spacious in good condition. All the facilities were available only to a certain level.

Cons:

No prior cleaning was done in the room, the washroom hasn't been cleaned for months. The hotel didn't fill out the required C form for immigration authorities and I had o go through some issues at the airport due to their negligence, and the person who handles the booking.com app was not even bothered to respond to my query. Finally, the guy on the front demanded for a five star review!

affordable price..
staffs were very responsive.
Rooms were clean.
Pretty comfortable stay.

Cons:

Compact room with hardly any space to move.
Few issues in wash room..door lock was not proper in one of the wash room.
