Absolument rien

Cons:

Cet hotel est une arnaque. Les photo ne correspondent pas a la réalité. Impossible de payer par carte bancaire.. on nous oblige a payer en euro ou en ougouya. Aucun service sur place.. pas de restaurant ni meme avoir de l'eau sur place. Il faut aller a la boutique da côté... propreté zéro... climatisation zéro. Baisse de tension voir coupure de courant tres fréquente. Même la réception etait absente. Cet hotel devrait fermé

- La disponibilité du gérant et son écoute attentive qui rendent l’accuel agréable. De plus, sa connaissance de la ville et des services (banques, marchés, etc.) garantissent rapidité et sécurité à vos sorties.
- La qualité du petit déjeuner qui a été ŕéamenagé, renforcé et amélioré pour les jeûneurs (excellent poulet)
- Le format des chambres dotées d’un mini salon séparé permettant de travailler en toute tranquillité
- La qualité des équipements (clim, frigobar)

Smoke ruined our stay.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful, kind and clean.

Cons:

People were allowed to smoke in the restaurant and entrance of the hotel. Terrible smoke smell seeped into our room.
