The lady at the front desk was lovely and very helpful
We couldn’t use the pool as it was under maintenance, the kitchen for the restaurant had been closed for months so we couldn’t get breakfast and our room had bad damp and mold and there was no hot water.
Was cheap and close to the airport but very hidden
We checked in for the day while we waited for a late night flight, everything just felt dirty and unclean, it is very rundown and honestly shouldn’t be open. There was mold and stains all in the bathroom like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The whole room felt dirty we didn’t want to shower or even sit on the bed. We stayed for maybe 10mins and left it was that bad.
Absolutely nothing except the location
We had to walk across broken decking to get to our room, dirty dishes and mess on the floor outside our doorway was the first bad sign. Upon entering the room, it wasn't at all cleaned, peeling bubbling walls, dirt marks throughout, including on the furniture. Alot of black mould throughout including at least a square foot if it in one bathroom alone. He pool had green algae in it. Would not recommend staying here, it's a health risk. Stayed 5 minutes, long enough to book elsewhere, and that was 5 minutes too long!

Location was good.
The state of this accommodation was disgusting. The bathrooms were full of mould. The towels were very stained and didn’t appear clean and the bedsheets were covered in suspicious stains and there was something crunchy in the sheets. Unsure whether this was sand or bugs. The communal pool was filthy. Definitely would not swim in there.

Staff were so friendly and helpful.
The pool was clean & had a nice sitting area around it.
The bed was big and comfortable with good lighting throughout & good storage space, we even had a fridge & TV! & lovely paintings on the walls.
The garden was beautiful and there is a lovely ambience about the place..
You can see that in its Hey Day it would have been a stunning Gem!

The swimming pool wasn't working. I have another booking from mon 15 June at Dianna suite. It is non refundable but as the pool is not working I would like to cancel this reservation and get a full refund

Pool not usable, no staff to run kitchen
It was cheap and close to the airport. Which is what I wanted as I was just killing 6-7 hours before a late flight.
You get what you pay for, and I didn't pay much. Staff were nice, cleanliness needed some attention.
