Ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

La camera molto bella e curata, comodo il self check-in e le porte ad apertura con tastierino, in modo da non dover portare in giro chiavi.
Nella stanza c'era tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di qualche giorno. Gli asciugamani morbidi, te e caffè a disposizione, anche un paio di bottigliette d'acqua in frigo.
Il letto molto comodo, ben insonorizzata e climatizzata.
Bagno piccolo ma bello, con grandissima doccia.
Maria, la proprietaria, molto disponibile, da la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli nella struttura dopo il check-out.
Posizione relativamente vicina alla metro.

Unico piccolo neo, aver trovato i capelli dei precedenti ospiti sulla griglia dello scarico della doccia.

Pros:

Excelente y muy moderno departamento con todas las comodidades y utensillos, nos recibieron con agua en la heladera, cafe y té y productos de tocador, a 15' a pie de la Acrópolis y del barrio Plaka, cerca de estación de subte (esa zona de la estación no es la mejor, solo andar con cuidado de noche), a 2 cuadras y media de un supermercado y a la vuelta una calle peatonal con varios restaurantes pequeños de comidas variada, cafe en la esquina. La dueña muy atenta.

Nicht von den Bildern täuschen lassen

Bitte nicht von den Bildern und der scheinbar modernen bzw. neuen Einrichtung täuschen lassen. Vor Ort sieht die Realität leider ganz anders aus.

Das Zimmer hat stark nach Feuchtigkeit gemüffelt. In der Nähe des Fensters und auch an weiteren Stellen waren sichtbare Schimmelstellen an den Wänden. Für uns ist es absolut unzumutbar, in einem Hotelzimmer zu schlafen, in dem Schimmel vorhanden ist.

Auch die Sauberkeit lässt unserer Meinung nach sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Einrichtung war insgesamt fleckig, ebenso die Wände und Schränke. Überall waren Fingerabdrücke und Verschmutzungen zu sehen. Man fühlt sich beim Betreten des Zimmers einfach nicht wohl, weil der Eindruck entsteht, dass hier nicht gründlich gereinigt wird.

Besonders ekelhaft war der Teppich im Zimmer. Dieser war stark fleckig und machte insgesamt einen sehr ungepflegten und unhygienischen Eindruck.

Auch das Badezimmer war alles andere als sauber. Es roch nach Feuchtigkeit, an der Dusche befanden sich überall Kalkablagerungen und Verschmutzungen. Dazu kamen Haare und weitere Ablagerungen. Freiwillig duschen möchte man unter solchen Bedingungen definitiv nicht.

Auch die Bettwäsche war teilweise fleckig. Zwar hatte sie den Eindruck, gewaschen worden zu sein, aber sichtbare Flecken waren trotzdem noch vorhanden. Für uns ist das bei einem Hotelzimmer ein absolutes No-Go.

Wir waren lediglich zwei Tage hier – und das hat für uns vollkommen ausgereicht. Jetzt sind wir ehrlich gesagt froh, wieder abreisen zu können. Für uns ist Sauberkeit das A und O, und genau daran hat es hier leider an allen Ecken und Enden gefehlt. Selbst die Wände waren sichtbar verschmutzt.

Fazit: Die Fotos und die moderne Darstellung des Hotels vermitteln einen deutlich besseren Eindruck, als wir ihn vor Ort erlebt haben. Für uns war der Aufenthalt aufgrund der mangelnden Sauberkeit, des Feuchtigkeitsgeruchs und des sichtbaren Schimmels leider sehr enttäuschend.

Nettes Personal, tolle Bleibe und perfekte Lage:)

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, alles Nötige war vorhanden und die Lage war für uns perfekt.

Cons:

Es war alles toll:)
Für manche könnte die Gegend etwas ungewohnt sein. Für uns aber optimal:)
