Una hermosa estadía con cortes intermitentes
Pros:

La ubicación y la atención del personal. Niza es una ciudad hermosa para conocer, el hotel está ubicado en un lugar estratégico y se puede visitar todo de a pie, y con transporte público.

Cons:

El Wifi es muy malo. Estuvimos 5 noches y reclamamos varias veces, pero no lo resolvieron. Es in entendible que en 2026, existan hoteles de ese nivel sin buena internet.

Pros:

We were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, about a 10-minute walk from the tram line when coming from the airport. It was also easy to walk to the train station whenever we wanted to travel to other cities.
The breakfast was good, and we especially loved the croissants — honestly, they were better than some we tried at local bakeries. Our room was small but clean, and it looked exactly like the photos. Both reception staff members we interacted with communicated well and were helpful.

Cons:

The only issue we experienced was that housekeeping entered our room one day even though we had placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. We informed the reception staff to make sure it would not happen again. They said they warned the staff accordingly, and fortunately, the issue did not happen again afterward.

Great stay, excellent for kids
Pros:

Fantastic for kids, lots of little play areas in the lobby and within the restaurant. Staff were so friendly & so accommodating. Especially with my daughter

Perfekt med kylskåp o kaffemaskin på rummet.
Ok läge. 10 minuters promenad till Gamla stan.

Sängarna är för smala.
