They do false advertisement of airport shuttle but in reality they do not provide it.So big no!!!
Pros:

Only one thing I like is that one staff name Anil is really helpful and courteous except that the whole hotel is a mess.

Cons:

I did not like anything. No 1-It says in their listing that they provide airport shuttle. When I ask for the airport shuttle,they told me that pay yourself in the airport,they will give me a good service.The main reason I pick this hotel is that they said that they provide airport shuttle and since my flight landed in midnight and my next flight was in the dawn hence I rely on a hotel airport shuttle.As a result I had to pay like 30 dollars extra to an unknown driver who charged me way more than the taxi price, no 2-When I asked the hotel front desk about airport shuttle,his voice tone was very rude to me,also he was not courteous to me when he was dealing with him. No 3- The room was a mess,the bed may have bedbug or something like that as I felt something was itching my body in the bed. No 4-The bathroom was also a mess,as the drain plug was open and I can see the dirty water below it.I hardly just complete my toilet with such dirty atmosphere. Lastly the lobby stinks so badly. Spending 10 thousand rupees with 16 thousands rupees(taxi driver just misused my situation in other words robbed me) I.e. 94 dollars, I would have stayed in a better 5 star hotel with that money with cleaner bathroom,cleaner bed,nice atmosphere, rapport front desk and an airport shuttle free of cost. I suggest a big no no to such hotel who ruined your trip with false advertisement of airport transfer.

Cons:

Smelly rooms, lot of noises at mid night of staff laughing in cooridoors, which distrub our sleep and now we r unable to do our work,Meeting schedules.

Overall fair
Pros:

Peace and cleanliness.

Cons:

Im going there from 5 years but this time I got disappointed when we have to switch room multiple times. At one room Ac was not working then in the 2nd room there was space issue and at third room there was issue in washroom.

The hotel has lift facilities, and the corridors are well maintained and reasonably clean. The staff was cooperative, and overall access inside the building was convenient.

Cons:

The hotel is located in a very congested area, which makes access and parking difficult. I noticed that the bedsheet was not clean, which was disappointing. Additionally, the cost for one night’s stay is quite high compared to the facilities and overall experience.
