Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war super zentral und damit sehr passend für Sightseeing und Shopping. Das Personal was sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis beim Frühstück hat nicht gepasst. 22.-€, auch für Kinder, ist zu viel.

Parfait!
Pros:

Accueil et personnel extrêmement chaleureux, chambre propre et confortable (matelas super etc), chambre très bien équipée (machine a café, bouilloire, fer a repasser etc), établissement calme, très bien placé a proximité du centre et des quais du Rhin !

Der Elvis am Empfang war sehr höflich!
Schön nah zum Dom und Zentrum.
Sie geben sich Mühe
Es war ok, aber leider nicht mehr!

Cons:

Hatten Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Für eine Nacht auch gehabt, doch leider war die Klimaanlage defekt und die Temperatur im Zimmer nicht aushalten, da unterm Dach.
Anderes Zimmer bekommen, welches aber günstiger war. Es war aber nicht möglich, dass wir etwas erstattet bekommen haben 😒

Pros:

Very friendly staff ,especially the receptionists - Shahin and Elvis. Thank you for the welcoming. Breakfast was very delicious and various. The room was comfortable and clean. Perfect for a short stay.

Cons:

A little bit noisy at night,because the room was overlooking a main street.

Pros:

Shahin at the front desk is the best, the room was very nice, we loved how close to everything the hotel is to the attractions.
Shahin let us drop our bags early, and held them late the last day of our stay. Will never forget how welcome he made us feel.

Perfect place, wonderful staff.
Pros:

Central location, very close to public transport, great breakfast, very clean rooms, good restaurants just around the corner...

Cons:

Quiet rooms. Exceptionally kind and empathetic staff (especially the person named Elvis). Easy access to the rooms - lift and staircase. Everything clean inside the hotel. We stayed here for a whole week, everything was done to accomodate us in the best way!
