Le personnel a l’écoute et très serviable je recommande j’ai passé 2 nuits avec mon fils c’était très bien

God beliggenhed og super betjening.
Pros:

Vi var på hotellet på grund af forsinket togforbindelse, så vi var nødt til en ekstra overnatning i Køln. Personalet var overordentlig venlige og meget forstående. Det var absolut dagens bedste oplevelse efter en dag med mange ændringer af vores togrejse fra Danmark til Frankrig. Vi gik i seng med et smil, og glædede os til at komme videre til slutdestinationen dagen efter. Vil klar anbefale dette hotel, hvis du/I kommer til Køln.

Molto buona la posizione (io viaggiavo in auto) comoda per arrivare in centro , da rivedere accoglienza e impianto di cl

La posizione per raggiungere a piedi il centro in particolare il Duomo di Colonia è molto buona , circa dieci minuti. Comunque per chi non volesse spostarsi a piedi c’è una fermata della metropolitana vicina. Per chi viaggia in auto il parcheggio non c’è, io ho parcheggiato in una parcheggio multi piano a 6/7 minuti a piedi dall’hotel (circa 20€ al giorno) . Anche se non si sceglie la prenotazione con colazione caffè e brioche sono gentilmente offerte

Cons:

Reception senza aria condizionata o comunque spenta (ho soggiornato nel mese di luglio faceva caldissimo) . Al momento dell’arrivo non c’era nessuno dello staff alla reception e abbiamo dovuto aspettare diversi minuti , strano per un hotel . La camera , carina , aveva un problema con il climatizzatore, molto rumoroso e troppo vicino al letto , da non poterlo tenere acceso nel mentre sei sdraiato a letto . Pulizia migliorabile , ma comunque accettabile
