Pros:

Wi-fi było za darmo. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Dostępna woda, kawa i inne napoje. Pełne wyposażenie pokoju: ręczniki, kosmetyki, suszarka, żelazko, wieszaki, aneks. Do tego świetna lokalizacja. Polecam.

Séjour très agréable au BCHILL Cologne.

Excellent séjour au BCHILL à Cologne !
ACCUEIL:
Le personnel d'accueil est particulièrement attentionné et à l'écoute, un grand merci à eux.
L'hôtel est construit avec des matériaux de qualité, et les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées.

LOCALISATION:
L'emplacement est idéal, en plein centre historique : 10 minutes de marche suffisent pour rejoindre la gare, et seulement 5 minutes pour le musée du chocolat et le musée du parfum.

POINT PRATIQUE:
Une borne de recharge électrique est disponible au pied de l'hôtel.
Eau plate et gazeuse ainsi qu'une machine à café, thé et chocolat chaud sont mises gratuitement à disposition des clients.

Je recommande sans hésiter cet établissement pour un séjour à Cologne.

Cons:

RIEN, tout était parfait.
Si on pouvait avoir une réduction la prochaine fois :-)

B Chill - Best little boutique hotel in Cologne!!!
Pros:

The location is perfect and will within walking distance to many restaurants, attractions, and shops.
The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable... as well as easy to talk to. (As an English speaking visitor!) We actually extended our stay twice due to the amazing location, affordability, and the staff.

Cons:

Nothing.... we loved it here!

Un hotel al que volvería sin duda
Pros:

Elvis, uno de los recepcionistas, una persona encantadora, ojalá fuera siempre así. También su compañero iraní, que no recuerdo el nombre. Habitación moderna, limpia y muy bien equipada, incluyendo fregadero, cubiertos, platos, tazas, vasos, estropajo, jabon de platos, microondas, frigorífico con bebidas gratis, etc. Habitación y ambiente por lo general silencioso, colchones cómodos. Ubicación buena, cerca del centro y para cruzar el río.

Cons:

La cama era doble, pero eran dos colchones individuales juntos. Las almohadas algo cortas y de mullido irregular, pero aquí ya son las preferencias de cada cual. Creo que no tienen aparcamiento propio, lo cual complica las cosas en caso de que vayas en coche, pero no lo sé seguro. Aire acondicionado que me costó encontrarlo porque estaba en el suelo escondido tras una cortina. Quizá vendría bien alguna percha más. Nada grave en general, solo detalles.
