A 5 stars premium hotel, but providing the customers one of the cheapest brand bottled water in China, it is unexpected that they charged for the premium accommodation fees and yet providing you the cheapest product. The water brand冰露just about CNY 1.00 per bottle, not even provide some higher quality water. The hotel receptionist wasn't friendly either whem serving you, I guessed because during my stay it was public holiday season so the staff were not happy to attend to work.That might explain why they don't provide a polite and warm service, just full of impatient and hates on their face.

Need to put a 3000RMB deposit even where I offered to pay in full for me short stay. But waited for sometime for refund after stay. Now, not sure if hotel refunded me the balance to my youtrip card. Cannot find the record that hotel refunded. May be they did refund???
