Pros:

Location is good. Staffs are nice and helpful. I chose this hotel because I found no complaint about Wifi at all, instead, there is an admiration on their Wifi, although the comment was a bit old. Therefore I gave a bet on that, and it was working very well all the time. I had one zoom meeting during my stay, it was wonderfully smooth. I don't really understand why there are so many negative ratings. Anyway I am very satisfied.

Cons:

In the late evening bathroom / restroom is stinky, but in the daytime it was not that bad. Not sure why, but it was bearable.

You can find better option with this PRICE
Pros:

The staff were nice and handled every request responsibly.
Breakfast was average, neither good nor bad.
The location was good, just 3 minutes from Jomhury Street and Van Mall.

Cons:

Our first room was in very poor condition.
There was a noise coming from the lamp, and the bed was not clean.
We asked to be moved to a second room because there was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom.
Even though it was winter, we had to keep the window open just to be able to stay in the room.
The second room was better, but the smell was still there, and the issue was never resolved.

Poor Maintenance
Pros:

breakfast was good and worth the price

Cons:

The shower head was damaged, and despite repeatedly asking them to fix it, nothing was done. Eventually, we removed it ourselves, handed it to them, and they bought a new one, which we also had to install on our own. Additionally, the bed was very uncomfortable — after just two nights, we all experienced back pain.
