Awfull, not worth it
Cons:

Host didn't speak English and hardly understood gestures and logics.
2 out of 3 rooms that we booked didn't have blankets, so we had to ask for them and wait around 30 minutes.
The bed was so stiff that it was almost like sleeping on the floor.
Awful sound isolation - I could hear light switches clicking in other rooms and music in the elevator that was passing by.
Most rooms (including my) don't have windows at all.
AC doesn't work for heating, so it's chilly in winter.
There is nothing nearby, you'll have to walk at least 15 minutes to the closest cafe and 30 minutes to some restaurant.
Some rooms have glass door to WC that is not covered by anything.
