Buona struttura, vicinissima al centro
Pros:

La struttura è centralissima, a pochi passi dalla cattedrale. La stanza pulita, le lenzuola fresche, dotata di tv. Buono il bagno ma non forniscono alcun set di cortesia (né cuffia, né prodotti per la cura della persona o altro). La colazione è carissima, 16 euro a persona, quindi non l'abbiamo fatta. Staff gentile nella norma.

Cons:

Che non ci fossero set di cortesia, nemmeno 1 bottiglina d'acqua, né il minifrigo in camera. Inoltre il condizionatore perdeva acqua sul muro e faceva rumore.

Staying here was a treat!
Pros:

Stunning location and wonderful staff
Pros:

Wonderful reception staff who were very helpful. We had two rooms that were very comfortable. The location is excellent.

Cons:

The lifts broke down on 2 occasions. The staff were very helpful and informative.

The Rohan is an ideal hotel when you are visiting Strasbourg.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Staff were helpful and nice, especially storing our baggage while we visited the city after we checked out and until we went to the train station. They also called a taxi for us for the train station. They recommended a restaurant that we loved.

The location and staff made up for any other shortcomings. I would stay here again.

Top Lage. Direkt an der Kathedrale.

Cons:

Innen modern und gut ausgestattet. Außen und Fassade sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Es fehlte etwas die gastliche Freundlichkeit.

Chambre cosy, très bien située, bon petit déjeuner pour un prix correct

Cons:

Pour un 4*, l'équipement est très léger
Salle de bain moyenne avec une douche dont la porte ne tenait pas et avec un pommeau très approximatif
Vraiment pas top
Personnel poli mais absolument pas chaleureux
Attention il faut réserver le petit dejeuner au risque de se faire refuser...
