Lokalizacja 100m od metra i blisko centrum. Uprzejmy personel - poprosiłem o cichy pokój i taki otrzymałem. Bardzo dobre śniadania, dobry bar na zewnątrz. Super basen z widokami na Bosfor.

Bearable for a few days stay. Not for 10 days stay

Good location. Near Vezneciler metro station. Near to entertainment and lounges. There is Lotiz Lounge on the 7th floor. Staff member Inci hanym who welcomes each guest during breakfast is very nice and friendly. She creates nice atmosphere and makes you forget about many shortcomings of the hotel.

Cons:

I am not satisfied with the quality of room cleaning. They don’t clean the rooom every day even if you ask them specifically to clean your room. The cleaning staff is stressed and rude sometimes. I think they must receive more payment from hotel to become nicer and clean rooms on a daily basis. Hotel room is not fresh and needs renovation. I don’t think I will come back to this hotel in the future. For the same night rate, I can find better hotels in Laleli area

Не первый раз тут . Каждый раз останавливаюсь когда прилетаю в Стамбул. Отель хороший, чистый. Завтрак супер, вид на море красивый.

Cons:

Иногда забывают оставлять воду, зубную пасту, полотенца… Но когда звонишь в ресепшен все приносят. А так все чисто убирают👌🏻

We recently stayed at AHC Old Town Istanbul and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, especially when it came to accommodating our child — they were thoughtful and attentive to our family's needs throughout the stay.

The team was always responsive, addressing any questions or requests promptly and respectfully. Whenever we needed recommendations for nearby attractions, restaurants, or things to do, they were incredibly approachable and happy to share their local knowledge, which made exploring Old Town and surroundings so much easier.

A special mention goes to Inci, who was an absolute gem during our stay. Her hospitality and willingness to help with anything we needed truly stood out and made our visit even more memorable.

Communication with the hotel was flawless from booking through to check-out — clear, timely, and hassle-free every step of the way.

We'd happily recommend AHC Old Town Istanbul to any family looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with genuinely warm and helpful staff. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent Experience
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping team.

A special thanks to Ms. Enchi from Customer Relations. My son became very ill during our stay, and she was incredibly kind and supportive. I truly appreciate her help.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Tres bon séjour dans cet hotel.
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hotel est très bien, il est proche du tram et metro ainsi que l’ancienne ville juste à pieds

Cons:

Un technicien est intervenu dans notre chambre le premier jour sans notre autorisation alors qu’on dormait et puis il n’y avait plus d’électricité dans la chambre

Pros:

Great location and special shout out to Inji at guest relations who had a smile all the time, it's close to the tram as well as the metro station which makes it convenient to move around. The breakfast has a good spread and has the best views in Istanbul, the best way to start your day. Will come back! To the manager, Inji needs a raise; it's this kind of hospitality that sets the tone for the rest of the staff.
