Amazing stay at this great central hotel.
Pros:

Our stay was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful. The breakfast was delicious with amazing views. The room was clean. The location was perfect.

Cons:

The only thing that I would suggest is that there could have been an option for dimmer lighting in the room, like a bedside table light for reading because the room lighting is very bright.

Hace su mejor intento pero no llega

Personal muy amable. Ubicación excelente. Habitación amplia.

Cons:

Salí a las 10.00, eran las 16.00 y el cuarto no había sido arreglado. Sobre el desayuno, en lo personal no lo encontré bueno o delicioso. Jugo de naranja parece jugo en polvo. No me gustó que para los masajes relajantes el tipo te exige EXTRAÑAMENTE pago en efectivo y cuando le das todo lo que tienes si no te alcanza te deja pagar con crédito , antes de eso se niega… es por lo bajo extraño. Sobre el masaje relajante te es el mejor que he probado hasta ahora ! Realmente relajante. No tiene suficientes enchufes y al menos mi habitación no tenía escritorio para trabajar. Tiene solo un ascensor para todo el hotel donde caben infelizmente 2 personas. Y si me pongo exigente, le falta algún sistema para lavarte después de hacer popó … un bidet o una mini ducha . El aire acondicionado funciona pero podría ser mejor.

The hotel is nice, the breakfasts are delicious, and all the staff are wonderful, very polite and helpful. The location is also great: it's very close to the area and the tram station, but you can also walk to the sights.

The Old City Hotel and restaurant staff were amazing!
Pros:

The room was spacious, quiet, and beautiful! Inci, the main employee in the restaurant, started the day with a warm smile and took extra care to make me feel welcomed. She was delightful.

Cons:

The front desk staff was a bit cold and never smiled. They didn’t act like they liked their life. :-(
