Eine kaffee Möglichkeit ohne Kaffee oder Löffel im Zimmer war sehr schade

Okay für eine Nacht, super zentral.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage war gut, dass es keine Parkplätze gab wussten wir vorher (mit Motorrad konnte man nicht ins nahegelegene Parkhaus, dank des Tipps eines Ortskundigen fanden wir gratis Parkplätze für Motorräder 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt - Tipp: an der Konstantin-Basilika).
Das Einchecken klappte dank des vorher übermittelten Codes über das Touch-Display problemlos. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, aber sauber, das Bett bequem.
Die Lage in der Fußgängerzone war sehr ruhig, von draußen war nichts zu hören.

Cons:

Wirklich störend waren die lauten Geräusche (auch aus den Nebenzimmern), die durch eine Pumpe o. ä. beim Benutzen des Warmwassers entstanden. Auch der nahegelegene Aufzug machte nervigen Lärm. Ohropax haben hier Abhilfe geschaffen.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage in Trier, zentral und dennoch ruhig.
Alle Angaben , Instruktionen zum Selbst- Check-in waren klar und verlässlich.
Bei Rückfragen war das Hotel prompt zu erreichen.

Pros:

Отличное расположение. Большая комната. Удобная кровать. Подушки очень большие и жесткие. Одеяло для лета слишком теплое. Завтрак в кафе, рекомендуемом отелем, хороший.

Cons:

Не сразу нашли шкафчик на входе, который выдает карточку входа. Связались с управляющим, ответили, но не сразу.
Обратите внимание, что умывальник и душ в зоне комнаты за перегородкой. Внизу рядом с апартаментами пивная. Кричат громко и долго. Есть опция комнат с окнами на заднюю сторону. Вид из окна не знаем.

the property is smart and modern inside, close to town centre and underground parking.

Cons:

the premises have no staff on site. The access codes needed for entry are sent once you have clicked on a e mail link the day before your visit. This link is outside of booking.com and breaks all rules and warnings by booking.com. Not a secure link and details you have to supply, ie passport, driving licence details home address i believe to be high risk and one that i would not have accepted when the booking was made. To late to cancel when you discover the demands.
