It was great value for money and very clean. Felt welcome by the staff just all round nice place to stay, and a big room big windows

Basic hotel, friendly helpful staff and great location.
We went in the heatwave, it was very hot wherever you were but added bonus it was near the seafront so could go for an early morning cool off in the sea.

Pros:

They have microwave facility in common area, i was able to warm my own food. Eastbourne beach is just 5 minutes away.

Cons:

I stayed for one night only, it was good to stay. You can buy your food and bring it from home, if you are not willing to eat in restaurants for your diets reasons.
