Pros:

Beautiful location, saw lizards and hummingbirds from just outside our room,friendly and helpful staff.

Mooie groene oase, ideaal als je wat verder van het dorp wilt verblijven
Pros:

Afgezien van de werkzaamheden net naast onze kamer kwam je terecht in een groene oase van kalmte. Zowel de kamer als badkamer zijn ruim en er zijn een airco en plafondventilator aanwezig
Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam;
Je kan veilig parkeren achteraan de lodges.

Cons:

We ondervonden wel wat lawaaioverlast door bouwwerkzaamheden (nieuwe Bonita Lodge units), vlak naast onze kamer. Het aanbieden van fietsen had wel handig geweest.
Niet zo makkelijk bereikbaar door minder goede staat van de weg (veel stenen en stof)

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist super schön und sauber, die Anlage ist mit einem Sicherheitscode geschützt, sodass nur Gäste Zutritt haben. Der Hotelbesitzer war super freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat sich um alle Probleme gekümmert und hat außerdem viele Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben.
Alle vorausgegangen negativen Bewertungen (die für uns so auch nicht schlimm gewesen wären), wurden berücksichtigt und verbessert. Z.b. der Parkplatz und fehlendes Trinkwasser.

Cons:

Ist etwas weiter weg vom Stadtzentrum - da aber in Costa Rica ein eigenes Auto eh von Nutzen ist, war dies auch nicht weiter schlimm. In der Stadt gibt es einen größeren, kostenfreien Parkplatz.

It was a comfortable room and a unique place
Pros:

We really enjoyed the room , the outdoor shower was unique (inside also had a shower) lots of plug ins the decor was homey,

The room we stayed in had a bench in the porch area to enjoy a coffee or beverage was placed in direct view of another room so it made it a bit uncomfortable, as well as the door codes are sent to you via WhatsApp and I left my phone in the room fortunately I had sent the message to my wife and was able to use the code, which made me think if I would have lost my phone or if was stolen it would have created a real problem, because how would I have contacted the manager, as the manager isn’t on site all the time nor is anyone else is my understanding

Hotel boutique precioso en Puerto Viejo
Pros:

Un pequeño hotel boutique muy bien diseñado, con decoración muy bonita. Tranquilo, sin ruidos y agradable para estar en la terraza de la habitación o la piscina. Cerca del pueblo pero sin estar en zona ruidosa. Secador bueno, baño muy luminoso, cápsulas de café y agua diarias.

Cons:

Fue un poco difícil de encontrar.

Magnifique appartement, très spacieux, joliment agencé, grande cuisine, personnel sympa. Il faut juste une voiture. La région est vraiment top. Un vrai coup de cœur!

Hermosa estancia en Puerto Viejo
Pros:

La bonita Lodge es un alojamiento muy recomendable en Puerto Viejo. Es nuevo y decorado con muy buen gusto. La habitación es sumamente ćómoda, con un pequeño frigobar, cafetera y un baño enorme. Tiene un pequeño hall exterior techado con vista al jardín. La atención del personal muy buena, nos dieron muchas recomendaciones de lugares para conocer en la zona. Cerca está playa negra que es linda. Tiene estacionamiento. No hay casi tránsito por la zona por lo que es muy tranquilo!

Cons:

El estacionamiento se embarra bastante cuando llueve
