Perfect location and a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
Pros:

Very convenient for the town. Staff were incredibly friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location and views amazing. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

Fantastic location, rooms were exceptionally clean. All staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially Charlotte at the front desk.

Cons:

Fish heaven on a plate
Pros:

The food in the Waterfront restaurant was delicious. I don't often eat fish but it was cooked to perfection, so I had it every night. Staff were very attentive and helpful.

One night stay
Pros:

Good location a short walk to the town.
Very clean room.
Lovely staff. Big thanks to the very hardworking breakfast room staff.
Decent breakfast.

Cons:

Room hot could do with some air conditioning.
Bar area very dated in need of a makeover.

Very disappointing for price paid.
Pros:

Not a lot!

Cons:

Room was cold on arrival. One heater to warm up a big bedroom...didn't come near managing it.
There was no hot water in the wash hand basin tap in the evening or the following morning.
Light in corridor not working.

Decent stay in Ullapool, but could be improved.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms. The food in the Waterfront restaurant for dinner is excellen. But what really made our experience were the staff, especially the lovely lady on reception (forgive me for forgetting her name). She was so welcoming and friendly and really makes the experience of arrival after a long day of driving worthwhile. She always had a smile and a chat whenever we passed reception and helped us with our itinerary during our stay, giving us some great recommendations which really made our time in the area unique and amazing.

Cons:

Breakfast is OK - nothing special. The buffet selection is quite limited, the cooked breakfast OK - small portions. The service in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner, while delivered with a lovely smile, is unfortunately quite slow. They do get awfully busy so I guess they need some help. It was peak season to be fair. There was a general lack of amenities in the room - just the little things which help during the stay and add those pieces of value: no box of tissues, no vanity kits or shower caps in the bathroom, no dental kit available at reception, no slippers. If they can add those things - this place becomes amazing in my view, instead of just fine.

Lovely hotel, great location, dining room manager needs to get their act together
Pros:

Lovely hotel great location

Cons:

Service in dining room. There is no system, the right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. Waited 1hr 20 before asking where our food was, 40 mins for our drink, wasn’t only us another couple waited 2hrs for main course. Not the waiters fault who are lovely and friendly they’re just not guided.
