The room was nice and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

We booked a king deluxe suite and in the description was written that we would have a pool with a view but our room was downstairs (the pool downstairs does not have a view) and it was full so we could not change the room. We booked a “better” suite but all looked the same.
If you rest during afternoon you easily ear the people in the pool because it’s bad isolated.
In the bathroom everything was very rusted.

Cadre et Emplacement : La vue est tout simplement somptueuse, que ce soit depuis la chambre ou la piscine. L'hôtel bénéficie d'une disposition très agréable et d'un calme appréciable, tout en étant idéalement situé dans Canggu. C’est sans doute le plus gros point fort du séjour.
• Confort de la chambre : À mon arrivée, la chambre était impeccable, lumineuse et très bien équipée. Mention spéciale pour le lit ultra confortable et l'immense salle de bain qui dispose de nombreux rangements, ce qui est très pratique pour s'installer durablement.
• Service Restauration : Bien que le restaurant soit situé juste au-dessus, le service de livraison gratuite en chambre ou au bord de la piscine est un vrai luxe très appréciable.

Cons:

Service et Communication : Le personnel n'est pas toujours très accueillant et la barrière de la langue (difficultés à communiquer en anglais) a parfois rendu les échanges compliqués.
• Entretien et Ménage : Gros bémol sur le nettoyage durant le séjour. Pour un passage de plusieurs semaines, un simple lit refait ne suffit pas ; un nettoyage en profondeur a manqué. De plus, le restaurant à l'étage peut s'avérer bruyant par moments.
• Problème Technique Majeur : Le système d'évacuation de la salle de bain est très capricieux. Nous avons subi plusieurs inondations, rendant la pièce totalement inutilisable à plusieurs reprises, ce qui est vraiment dommage pour un logement de ce standing.

Pros:

Ubicación rodeada de arrozales, además tuvimos un problema con nuestra habitación y nos alojaron en una villa con piscina, todo fue perfecto. Además todo el personal muy amable, sobre la recepcionista.

Cons:

Se tengo algo que reseñar que tampoco fue un gran inconveniente es la falta de amenities en el baño.
