Pros:

All staff were very professional and polite. Really excellent service all round (doorman, reception team, breakfast staff, cleaning staff). The room was spacious and clean. I was put in a room near the gym which was great. I had a delivery during my stay and the reception team collected and stored it until I got back to the hotel, which was very helpful.

Cons:

The gym treadmills wouldn't connect to wifi which was annoying - technogym is an excellent brand but I couldn't log in to do my usual sessions. I would have preferred not to have a connecting room but being on the same floor as the gym was a bonus.
