Pros:

住宿环境很棒，整体装修很有文化和格调，充满书本气息，应该是最美的亚朵了，希望能尽快拓展到海外
服务体验很佳，前台和客房姐姐都很有礼貌，响应速度很快

It was overall an enjoyable stay, I recommend it and will even stay again if I were to go back there.

Likes:
.Location is great, line 10 is just right outside the hotel. There is a huge mall right on the hotel property and surrounding. Full of Korean food as it’s close to Korean street.
.House-maids are fantastic at cleaning and do not throw anything that we left on counters, unless we throw them into the bins ourselves. This prevents us from thinking we don’t need something and found out we do, like new bottle seal.
.Free laundry done for you as often as you wish, no payment needed. They even deliver them to your room.
. The room is clean and is always clean.
.Staff were all friendly.

Cons:

Wish they can do better:
.A clear visual posted on booking.com to show where to alight and how to get to the hotel entrance. We landed late at night and by the time we got to the hotel everything at the mall was closed and nearby was dark. We walked around inside and outside the mall for a little more than an hour before we found the entrance. We were so so so tired by the time we got to the room.
. Delivery culture is big here in this country. However, there are only a limited number of robots that sends delivery to the room. We ordered for delivery but ended up having to go to reception to collect as we waited for half an hour and our food was still at the counter.
