Une arnaque une vrais catastrophe !

Comment cet hôtel est un 5 étoiles ? Comment booking peut proposer un tel hôtel à ses clients ? Ça laisse réfléchir sur la sélection de @booking sur les hôtels
Des murs fissurés , des insectes dans les toilettes, un ascenseur qui fonctionne pas pendant tout le séjour (avec un sujet âgé qui monte pas les escaliers ) mention spéciale à la femme de ménage qui nous a aidé à chaque fois
Les serviettes de bain étaient rêches , les peignoirs troués
Le comble c est les salades pourris , les fruits autant et pour conclure les serveurs mon dieu 😦 le sourire a quitte leurs visages depuis mathusalem !!! Sans bakchich tu pourras jamais être servi à temps dans cet hôtel
Merci @booking pour cette arnaque qui m as couté une blinde et surtout au service clients qui n as répondu à mon message et mes téléphones !!!!!!!

Troppo costoso per una struttura che ha bisogno di manutenzione
