Pros:

Hotel itself is great and the staff super friendly.

Cons:

We initially booked for two nights and paid at arrival. We then had a general change in plans and decided to leave Pristina earlier. Even though the hotel`s site on booking allowed us to shorten our stay and the possibility was explicitly mentioned, we have - to this day - not got a refund. I do understand that the situation was also not perfectly well handled from our side, but it would be much easier if the hotel would stick to its indications on the website. It still annoys me and made our stay definitely less pleasant.

Localização junto ao centro

Cons:

Nao tem pequeno almoço continental e a funcionária cada coisa que era preciso tinha que ir comprar ao supermercado.
Apesar dos produtos alimentares serem de qualidade.
Não fazem limpeza diária

Pros:

I stayed here as a solo traveller visiting Kosovo for the festival, and overall I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, in a very central and safe location, and the breakfast was filling and more than sufficient.

A special thank you to Drena, who is such a hardworking, intelligent and dedicated woman. Her warmth and kindness made my stay incredibly easy and enjoyable. I’d also like to thank Sara for her wonderful local recommendations, which added another layer to my experience in Kosovo.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for solo travellers looking for a central, safe and comfortable stay.

Cons:

The room could offer a few more amenities, such as a full-length mirror and a mini fridge.

Katrastophe!!!!!!!
Pros:

Nichts, würde es niemanden empfehlen.

Cons:

Alles, für 200€ die Nacht sollte wenigstens der Fernseher funktionieren und allgemein für den Preis und das Zimmer ist es nicht zu verstehen wieso es 200€ gekostet hat, alles war sehr enttäuschend.
