Pros:

I stayed here as a solo traveller visiting Kosovo for the festival, and overall I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, in a very central and safe location, and the breakfast was filling and more than sufficient.

A special thank you to Drena, who is such a hardworking, intelligent and dedicated woman. Her warmth and kindness made my stay incredibly easy and enjoyable. I’d also like to thank Sara for her wonderful local recommendations, which added another layer to my experience in Kosovo.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for solo travellers looking for a central, safe and comfortable stay.

Cons:

The room could offer a few more amenities, such as a full-length mirror and a mini fridge.

Pros:

Nichts, würde es niemanden empfehlen.

Cons:

Alles, für 200€ die Nacht sollte wenigstens der Fernseher funktionieren und allgemein für den Preis und das Zimmer ist es nicht zu verstehen wieso es 200€ gekostet hat, alles war sehr enttäuschend.

The location, staff, and cleanliness were good.
Pros:

The location was excellent, especially because I was going to the university. The staff were warm and helpful. They assisted me in every way.

Cons:

I think the breakfast was average. It looked the same as in the photo. There was no water or juice during the first few days. There were also sausages and triangle cheese that were not shown in the photo. I didn’t want the sausage because I don’t eat it, and the cheese wasn’t served either. They prepare and bring the plate themselves.

It was okay for an emergency stopover while driving late at night.
Pros:

The hospitable staff.

Cons:

The air filled with cigarette smoke was overwhelming. Even in our rooms with the doors shut tight. We all smelled like an old pack of cigarettes the next morning.
