🥰 Friendly staffs! Especially Mr roval, front office and bell man. Felt very welcoming!

My stay at The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect – directly connected to Trans Studio Mall and the theme park, which made everything so convenient for our family.
The hotel truly lives up to its luxury reputation. The rooms are spacious, elegantly designed, and very comfortable. The highlight for our kids was the heated sandy beach pool – they didn't want to leave! The kids' club and water slides kept them entertained for hours.
But what made our stay truly special was the incredible service from the Guest Relations team. A very special thank you to Maya, Ghea, and Windy – they went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, from smooth check-in to arranging activities for the children. Their warmth and professionalism were outstanding throughout our stay
I highly recommend this hotel for any family looking for luxury, convenience, and exceptional hospitality in Bandung. We can't wait to come back!

كانت إقامتي في فندق ذا تراسن لكسرجي بباندونغ رائعة جدًا. الموقع مثالي، حيث يقع الفندق مباشرةً بجوار مول ترانس ستوديو ومدينة الألعاب، مما وفر لنا راحة كبيرة كعائلة.
الفندق يستحق كل نجمة فيه – الغرف فسيحة وأنيقة ومريحة، وتشعرك بالفخامة الحقيقية. أكثر ما أسعد أطفالي كان المسبح الخارجي ذو الرمال البيضاء (الشاطئ الرملي) والمنزلقات المائية، بالإضافة إلى نادي الأطفال الرائع الذي أبقاهم مشغولين بسعادة طوال اليوم.
لكن ما جعل إقامتنا استثنائية حقًا هو فريق علاقات الضيوف. شكر خاص جدًا من القلب إلى Maya و Ghea و Windy – لقد بذلن جهدًا كبيرًا لتلبية كل احتياجاتنا بابتسامة وحرفية عالية، بدءًا من تسجيل الوصول السلس وحتى تنظيم الأنشطة للأطفال. هن حقًا من صنع الفارق.
أنصح بشدة أي عائلة تبحث عن فخامة وراحة وخدمة ممتازة في باندونغ. لا نطيق الانتظار للعودة مرة أخرى!

Pros:

Everything. Clean and the room is big. Love how stylish the hotel is. Breakfast was fantastic so many choices. Free cookies too in the room.

Cons:

Email the hotel stated that its my husband bday and request for a simple deco and small cake to suprise him. But what we got is a towel cake deco on the bed. When ask if they will gave cake they say they will during breakfast to suprise him but nothing were given.😔

Love Love Love the Trans Luxury Bandung!
Pros:

Looooved staying at the Trans Luxury Hotel. Rooms were spacious and super clean with luxurious finishes (mother of pearl door handles!) and linen spotless. Mini Fridge had complimentary cold water, sports drink and another beverage. The bathroom was stocked with Aqua Di Parma shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion - divine. The breakfast had a huge selection of choice, from western including breads, eggs anyway u want and even pizza and fresh pasta; to Indonesian and even Japanese with a Sushi Bar! The pool was fantastic, with a slide for the kids, sand area to play in and a larger pool complete with a waterfall. The location of the hotel is superb, with connection to the shopping mall and many restaurant choice both in the mall and across the street from the hotel. Staff were always welcoming, friendly and helpful and arranged connecting rooms on short notice.
