Estaba demasiado lejos arriba no habia nada cercano, las camas eran sumamente duras incomodas , hacia demasiado frio los calefactores no eran suficientes , y lo peor se fue la luz en todo el valle y no contaban con un grupo electrogeno. Me fui un dia antes de mi reserva no regresaria a este hotel

El personal muy amable, el hotel muy bien localizado con unas areas comunes muy lindas y cuidadas. La habitación cómoda porque viajabamos en familia con niños y era espaciosa. Habian llamas y alpacas en el patio lo cual nos gustó mucho y con la vista de la cordillera era muy agradable estar. El desayuno variado y bueno. Totalmente recomendado.
Lo unico que no nos gusto es que nadie nos ayudo a llevar el equipaje a la habitacion que era lejos del lobby y estabamos cansados.
El desayuno era muy bueno, las instalaciones y los jardines eran increíbles.
No está bien aclimatado y hacía frío en el cuarto y la TV era muy pequeña.
El hotel es precioso rodeado de jardines con arboles frutales y hermosas flores. Me gustó la terraza con vista a las montañas, ideal para descanzar y disfrutar. Las habitaciones son grandes y muy comodas. El personal muy atento.

The hotel is very very beautiful. Staffs are very very friendly. Breakfast is very fresh. The hotel super clean.
The transportation is a little bit inconvenient. You need call for taxi. No Uber can reach.
Stunning location and views
My TV did not have sound. But that’s it. The rest was amazing.
Lovely location. Spacious rooms, all with a view. A bit old, but everything worked well. Heating, hot water, lights. Staff very very nice. Breakfast buffet very complete.
Two things. It is a bit far and they don’t provide with transportation even though they do have a van but not for guests. And taxis are expensive. And the restaurant and food are by far, the worst about it. The service is extremely slow, and the food is terrible. At one point we wanted some extra fries, and they said no. Why? Because they didn’t know how to put them in the system. So we didn’t get fries. And they didn’t have many things of the menu. Incredible.
