An ideal place to relax! We especially loved that no music is allowed at the resort, so you can completely unwind and enjoy the natural sounds of the waves and birds. The location of the bungalows is amazing, right on the beach. The romantic dinner was an exceptionally wonderful experience. Every employee has been really kind & helpful.
The facilities incl. the bungalows, restaurant, and pool, feel a little outdated and old, especially considering the price per night. The food is of really good quality; however, there could be more variety. If you stay for a longer period and don’t want to eat seafood, the options can become a bit repetitive and boring.
Merveilleux hôtel en bord de mer ! Il faut vraiment prendre les chambres bungalows avec vue mer : ils sont incroyables ! La différence de prix avec les chambres classiques est entièrement justifiée. Le restaurant est délicieux avec un large choix de plats. Le personnel est souriant, agréable et très chaleureux.
Tout est parfait tant qu’on loge dans les bungalows sur la plage. Les chambres simples ne sont pas du tout du même niveau.

Todo. Las instalaciones son excelentes, cuidan los detalles, la piscina siempre limpia al igual que los cuartos. El personal es atento y amigable. Hilary, Yale, Vanesa, Carlos, las cocineras, las masajistas, y demás personal, les agradecemos por esta estancia tan placentera e inolvidable. Recomendadas la experiencias de: cena romántica, masaje al frente de la playa, cabalgata por el río, y visita a la desembocadura del río.

Great location on the beach away from the village, large property with room and villas well spread out. It is a picture perfect place, long beach, palm trees, well maintained property, great food by the artists in the kitchen (extremely well done, fresh, tasty, innovative, but comes with a price). The team is super friendly and welcoming. If you look for secluded and comfortable days on the beach as a stopover on the way further east, that is it.
The resort was awesome (you pay for the location, though), but not sure what the attraction of Palomino is. Strand is mainly washed away and only a small strip remains, in places it was quite dirty, stabilisation structures make a beach walk challenging. As it is a sand beach open to the sea, water is not as clear as around Santa Marta and the Toyona NP.

Todo muy bien
Le cadre est très bien, espaces verts bien entretenus. L'hôtel est situé en dehors de la ville de Palomino mais on peut s'y rendre à pied en marchant un peu (15-20 mn). Par contre, pour un retour de nuit, il est préférable de prendre un taxi ou un tuktuk; ou bien dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel. Le personnel est agréable et à l'écoute des hôtes.
Suite à de fortes pluies en janvier, un pont s'est effondré à mi-chemin entre Santa Marta et Palomino. Les véhicules ne pouvant plus passer, seuls les piétons étaient autorisés à traverser le pont, avec leurs bagages! Il a fallu complètement changer notre programme et nos moyens de transport. Cela a occasionné de belles rencontres et plein de souvenirs.
La mer est en contrebas de l'hôtel mais impossible de nager car mer très agitée, plutôt adaptée pour des surfeurs. Bien que la chambre soit propre, on aime ou pas le sol en ciment.
La présentation dominante de l'hôtel se veut écologique: le rapport qualité-prix est-il correct?

Parc extraordinaire avec palmiers, arbres fruitiers, mare aux nénuphars, oiseaux, écureuils à profusion. Bungalow avec vue mer, grands, propres, bien éloignés. Dîner extraordinairement bon, accueil parfait. Le paradis
