Please note that a service charge of 10% is added to the total price. Thereafter, the Govt tax of 5% and the VAT of 10% are added. I would like to express my disappointment with our stay. One washroom is completely not flushing water, making it unusable. In another washroom, the bathtub water was left running and there are maintenance issues.

As we are staying with our family, these facilities are very important for our comfort. Unfortunately, the room condition is not up to the standard or value of the price we paid.

‏دائما أسكن في هذا الفندق ولقد أحببته أنا وعائلتي.
آخر مرة تفاجأت بأن الفطور لديهم ليس بوفيه مفتوح مثل ما تعودت طلبت مقابلة المدير ولقد حضر إلى المطعم وسمع شكواي وقال فطورك اليوم على حسابي أطلب ما تشاء وإذا جئت تخرج من الفندق سنعطيك نقودك التي دفعتها لقد كان عرضاً رائعا وهذا ما توقعته من المدير المحترم.
