NH Nizami Review
Pros:

Good location close to all major tourist spots (Nizami street and Baku Boulevard). The breakfast was really good and the staff preparing the breakfast made us feel like home. She was very friendly and sweet. She took care of all our requests. The street is closed to cars during weekends but the hotel staff helped get our luggage to the hotel.

Cons:

One of the staff members was not very welcoming. The bed sheets were with stains

Отличный отель в центре Баку
Pros:

Отэль просто отличный,расположен ко всему в пешей доступности(набережная,старый город и другие достопримечательности), классный тёплый бассейн,очень вкусный и богатый завтрак,а особенно отличный и приветливый персонал. Была оказана ими всегда разная помощь .

Замечательный отель! Расположен очень удобно, до всех достопримечательностей рукой подать. Номер чистый и уютный, завтрак очень хороший. Хотела бы сказать отдельное спасибо за вкусный завтрак.

Если заинтересованы в проживании рядом со старым городом - это хороший вариант. Хозяева этого отеля очень доброжелательн

Расположение отличное,можно пешком дойти до площади фонтанов за 5-7 минут. Рядом находится старый город

Cons:

Это НЕ отель,а огромная квартира,в которой каждую комнату оборудовали туалетом с душевой кабиной,в квартире общая кухня с тремя маленькими столиками,где каждое утро подают один и тот же завтрак: яйца,приготовленные по вашему желанию,сосиска,овощи и сок,предлагается на выбор чай или растворимый кофе. Парадную дверь в подъезд можно открыть,если знаешь «механический код»,подъезд дурно пахнет мочой,но лифт для подъема на этаж отеля современный. Вид из окна НИКАКОЙ: какие-то сетки и строительные элементы… в моем номере кран в душевой кабине и кран биде откровенно протекали. Я перед заездом просила номер,выходящий на тихую сторону,может быть,поэтому получила такой вид из окна,отсутствие стола и стула в номере,отсутствие шкафа - только трубка,на которой размещались пустые вешалки ,а внизу под ними находился чайник с чашками. И это отличалось от описания на сайте отеля…

nice and comfortable. definitely will go again and stay same place
Pros:

location was very good. very near to nizami and also very quiet and very near to sea front. purpose built rooms and small but very good accomodation. privacy is also good and the atmosphere sitting in balcony with the seabreeze is one of the highlights of the property. not a fancy property by any strech of imagination but i like it very comfortable as per my liking .

Cons:

breakfast is very simple and ordinary. need improvment in items and also variety. entrance from road is very awkward as some stairs are carpet rolled and chance of slipping and the right side before lift the shed was close to hitting tall person head. thats all to be taken care mostly from outside the property entrance gate. mosquitos due to the darkness also a problem but they provide mosquito repellent and mr ali the booking manager was very nice and polite,balcony needs a small light so that one can sit at night and enjoy the wind and serenity
