Pros:

The property was very spacious with lots of parking space. Staffs (Deepak and the other two) were very caring and when we ask for tea/coffee the prepared immediately.

Cons:

Wardrobe was not available. TV position and chairs inside the room. The French window has gaps from where the insects might come.

Pros:

I missed my silver chain at the property. 1 day later I asked a person in-charge of property to check for it. He found my chain and sent it back to my residential address.

Bad
Cons:

They said they ll call and confirm the booking however they called and gave us an option at much higher rate almost 3X times our agreed price and said they gave our booked room to someone else.
I had called them multiple times to make sure and keep the booked room but they did not.

Customer centric; just need to upgrade some facilities
Pros:

I had earlier given a low rating for some of the facilities... but the property manager personally came to take feedback and that was very impressive. There was a nice pool but we didn't have time to use it.
I look forward to coming back and seeing the progress they've made.
They were generous with water bottles.

Cons:

Bathroom in the delux studio needs an upgrade. And would be nice to have breakfast made on the premises as that was a bit inconvenient.
