Super bel emplacement,.dans un quartier résidentiel mais proche du métro et des attractions touristiques. Personnel extrêmement accueillant et serviable, chambres très propres et confortables, très bon petit-déjeuner et belle petite cour intérieure pour se reposer. On recommande!!

Чисто, номера новые, вкусный завтрак

Cons:

Сломанный душ, Оооочень жесткая кровать, холодильник только для напитков и то не очень охлаждает, вся еда там протухла. Сдавали вещи в химчистку ничего не отстирали, все пятна остались на месте. Работники на рецепшн просто никакие, толи не понимают русский , толи не очень и хотелось… в описании указаны спа, бассейн с подогревом и баня, за отдельную стоимость хамам и сауна. Так вот всё платно и бассейн холодный, никто там его не греет.

Понравилось расположение! Очень неплохой завтрак.

Cons:

Раньше уже пользовался этим отелем и был крайне доволен. Теперь же как будто побывал совсем в другом отеле. Оплата только наличными, терминал не работал в течении всей недели проживания. Номер не был готов к приезду, ни воды, ни чая, ни даже мыла. Мыло, кстати, так и не залили за всю неделю. Уборка ужасная. Полотенца были в пятнах и мокрые, и всегда почему-то менялись на мокрые. Кондиционер периодически не работал. Ночной портье спал всегда прям на диване на ресепшене у входа. Выехал раньше срока, оплату за неиспользованную часть ночей возвращать отказались. В эту поездку очень разочаровал отель. Не рекомендую!

Отель уютный, находится на тихой улице достаточно близко к центру города. Номера комфортные, есть все необходимое для проживания. Персонал очень вежливый и приятный. Неплохой завтрак, разнообразный.
