Great overall medium term stay experience with a stable accountable staff
Pros:

It is quite well localized, easy-accessed on a main avenue (between Ave. Ponce de León and Ave. Fernández Juncos, with hotel entrance on Crossing St., Calle San Jorge). The have a select number of rooms and arrangements across 5 floors, two of which are distributed across two connecting buildings, topped by a property bound, open yet partially sun shaded terrace where self dinning, gathering, smoking, and allowed personal activities can be performed, as well as a coin(quarter-only) laundry with a single large load washing and a single large load drying machines are available for use. Smoking in rooms is strictly prohibited. It is usually amenable for last-minute trip extensions at reasonable rates. There is adequate water pressure and availability of hot water in showers and faucets across the property.

Cons:

A few things could be optimized, such as the color palette selection of the building and its premises, as well as the maintenance and appearance of the small gardens and plants within the property.
