My room was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. A special shoutout to the staff, who were so welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. I felt completely looked after.

Ich hatte eine fantastische Zeit im Dexon Roma Down Town Hotel. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt zentral sicher und ideal um die Stadt zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war ätherisch sauber modern eingerichtet und sehr ruhig was für einen erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt hat. Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team Alle waren super freundlich.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied ou de profiter facilement des animations et des restaurants des environs. Der Aufenthalt im DEXON Roma Hotel war in Ordnung, vor allem wenn man auf den Preis schaut. Das absolute Plus ist die zentrale Lage mitten in Sakkala – man ist sofort auf der Sheraton Road, nah an allen Geschäften, Restaurants und dem Nachtleben. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

J'ai récemment séjourné au Dexon Roma Hotel à Hurghada et dans l'ensemble, c'était une expérience très positive. L'emplacement est vraiment idéal, proche de tout, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements vers les restaurants et les zones animées de la ville. Ma chambre était propre, bien entretenue et très confortable pour se reposer après une journée passée à profiter de la mer.
Le personnel a été très accueillant et attentif à nos besoins, ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Le seul petit bémol concerne l'espace piscine qui peut parfois être un peu bruyant en fin de journée, et le choix au buffet du petit-déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus varié. Mais au final, c'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour un séjour à Hurghada, et je reviendrais avec plaisir.

The location is excellent, putting you right in the middle of everything with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The rooms are basic but clean and functional, and the staff are efficient and helpful. If you prefer to be near the heart of the city rather than in a distant resort, this is a great .

I had a truly awful experience at this hotel, and I definitely do not recommend staying here.

The Night Receptionist (Mohamed): He was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He speaks to guests in a very rude, street-like manner, using inappropriate language. He has absolutely no respect for paying customers.
The Elevator Safety: The elevator broke down and trapped us inside twice. This was a terrifying experience, especially since my infant daughter was with us. The hotel completely lacks basic safety measures.
