I had a truly awful experience at this hotel, and I definitely do not recommend staying here.

The Night Receptionist (Mohamed): He was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He speaks to guests in a very rude, street-like manner, using inappropriate language. He has absolutely no respect for paying customers.
The Elevator Safety: The elevator broke down and trapped us inside twice. This was a terrifying experience, especially since my infant daughter was with us. The hotel completely lacks basic safety measures.

The room was basic but clean and served its purpose perfectly. The facilities are functional and in good working order. The staff were efficient, handling my check-in and check-out without any unnecessary delays, and they were always ready to assist whenever I had a question.

Stayed at the Dexon Roma for a short trip. It’s a solid location if you want to be right in the middle of town; close to a lot of shops and restaurants, which saved me a lot of travel time.
The room was basic but clean and functional. Service was quick and I had no issues with the facilities.
It’s a reliable choice for anyone needing a central base in Hurghada without any unnecessary complexity.

Ho soggiornato al Dexon Roma per un paio di giorni. È la scelta giusta se volete stare in centro e muovervi facilmente tra negozi e locali senza dover prendere sempre il taxi.
La stanza era in ordine e c'era tutto il necessario. Il personale è discreto e non abbiamo avuto intoppi durante il check-in.
Se cercate un posto funzionale nel centro di Hurghada, fa il suo dovere.

The hotel's location was excellent. You can reach the city center within a five minute walk. Egypt has a rather unique food culture, but despite that, we did not experience any problems with the food, they had a good variety of food. The hotel was clean, and the room was cleaned everyday. They let us check in earlier (11.00) and check out 1 hour late.

The staff is incredibly attentive to every detail, ensuring a seamless experience ; the massage service is deeply rejuvenating, leaving guests feeling perfectly refreshed.

The room was equipped with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the contemporary design and how well the space was utilized, creating a very functional and welcoming environment. It is clearly a well-designed property that makes guest comfort a top priority, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

La chambre était d'une propreté irréprochable à mon arrivée, avec une literie de grande qualité qui assure un sommeil très réparateur. L'aménagement intérieur est moderne et fonctionnel, ce qui rend l'espace de vie vraiment agréable au quotidien. C'est un établissement bien entretenu, où chaque détail semble avoir été pensé pour le bien-être des clients.

La struttura si trova in una zona centralissima che permette di raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni a piedi, risparmiando molto tempo sugli spostamenti. È davvero l'ideale per chi desidera esplorare la città senza stress, potendo contare su collegamenti ottimi con i mezzi pubblici nelle vicinanze. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole proprio grazie alla comodità di questa collocazione strategica.

I was genuinely impressed by how immaculate everything was upon checking into my room. The housekeeping staff maintains a very high standard of cleanliness, which made the entire environment feel fresh and comfortable for my duration here. This level of attention to detail is rarely found, and it made my stay incredibly relaxing and stress-free.
