Good for one night before headed to airport
Pros:

I felt safe and enjoyed connecting with other guests. Was a good landing pad before headed to SJO the following day.

Pros:

Good restaurant, at a very reasonable price.

Cons:

Staff were a bit useless. When asked simple travel questions they didn’t know the answer and would instead push private transfers booked via the hostel.

Nice Budget Stay
Pros:

I love how helpful the staff was. I liked the fact that they were honest about all of my questions about where to travel, especially since I was traveling with my sister. if you’re outgoing you’ll love the vibes and the activities the hostel has every day.

Cons:

I didn’t like how the bathrooms in the B sector were always dirty. There are a few bunk bed style beds in that hall, perhaps there are too many people in that area. I ended up taking showers in the C sector because it was much nicer. I also layer realized that I could have gotten my own room with its own private bathroom. Another downside was that the air conditioning couldn’t really be felt. There’s an open floor plan area near the lobby, restaurant and bar so natural air supplies the breezes.

Pros:

Ik had mezelf getrakteerd op de grootste kamer. Wat een goed cadeau aan mezelf! Enorm bed en tv en heerlijk bad. Alles heel goed geregeld in dit hostel en de sfeer is fijn. Ook de locatie was ideaal, super centraal. Aanrader!

El mejor hostel de San José! Una joya moderna con alma y un personal de 10. Si estás buscando el lugar perfecto para quedarte en San José, no busques más. Viajero SJO Hostel superó todas mis expectativas y se ha convertido en uno de mis hospedajes favoritos.
El hostel tiene una ubicación céntrica privilegiada, situado en un antiguo barrio con muchísimo encanto e historia, ideal para caminar y explorar.

Bra område, trevlig restaurang samt cafe över gatan med. Var däremot försiktig att gå åt vänster, skumt område där..., men ingen fara om man är uppmärksam. Bra att man kan låsa in väskorna sista dagen.

No había agua caliente, contactos de luz para cargar el celular no funcionaban, cocina demoraba mucho tiempo, lo único fue bueno fue el personal al al mi check out, nada que ver con ElViajero Fortuna 😩
