Probably the best hotel in Sile
Pros:

Pool, interior, clean tables. Also staff Mohamet and his colleague lady were very helpful.

Cons:

Location is a bit away from central part of Sile.

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum angenehm dank der komfortablen Unterkunft, dem freundlichen Service – das Hotelteam verdient
Pros:

Als Erstes möchte ich dem Hotelteam meinen großen Dank aussprechen, denn es ist wirklich ein sehr nettes und hilfreiches Team. Die Unterkunft hat mir besonders gut gefallen, weil sie sehr sauber und gepflegt war. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel eingerichtet und boten ausreichend Platz. Außerdem hat mir die ruhige Lage gefallen, die für eine entspannte Atmosphäre gesorgt hat. Der freundliche Service und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals haben den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht. Auch die gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und die Nähe zu wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren sehr praktisch. Insgesamt war es eine sehr angenehme und erholsame Erfahrung.

Nicht ausreichend!

Relativ neues Hotel!

Cons:

Leider noch absolut nicht ausgereift! Das Hotel ist neu, aber das Personal völlig überfordert. Die Außenanlagen sind Baustelle, der Parkplatz ist ein steiler, unbefestigter Hang. Das Frühstück war unorganisiert und nur auf ständige Nachfrage zu bekommen. Im Zimmer funktionierte der Wasserabfluss der Dusche nicht (Bad lief über), und gereinigt wird nur auf ausdrückliche Nachfrage. Sehr schade, hier muss noch einiges passieren.

Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grandeur de la chambre, très spacieuse et confortable, ainsi que l’accès facile à la piscine. La piscine était par ailleurs très jolie et agréable.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être nettement amélioré, tant en termes de variété que de qualité. Le café et les jus de fruits n’étaient pas inclus, seul du thé local était proposé. À deux reprises, une seule variété de fruits était disponible et ceux-ci n’étaient malheureusement pas mûrs.

Par ailleurs, une grande partie du personnel semblait très jeune et encore peu expérimentée, ce qui se ressentait parfois dans la qualité du service. La communication était également difficile, car la majorité du personnel ne parlait ni anglais, ni français, ni espagnol, ni allemand, rendant les échanges compliqués pour les voyageurs étrangers.

Enfin, nous avons particulièrement peu apprécié la musique diffusée à un volume extrêmement élevé au bord de la piscine. Malgré plusieurs demandes de notre part pour la diminuer, le volume restait beaucoup trop fort. De plus, les mêmes morceaux étaient diffusés en boucle tout au long de la journée. C’est vraiment dommage, car la piscine est très jolie et agréable, mais cette musique permanente et excessive nuisait considérablement au calme et à la détente que l’on est en droit d’attendre dans ce type d’établissement.

I wouldn’t stay there again

Good location 1 km from Sile Markiz nearby there’s isn’t much

Cons:

The first day I asked for meals in the room that I’ll pay for as we arrived very tired and they told me it’s not allowed to eat at the room come to the restaurant thats very terrible never heard of that before

Pros:

Современный отель с хорошим новым ремонтом. Дизайн приятный. Система кондиционирования, подогреваемые зеркала, электронный индикатор. Видно, что в отель вложили деньги.

Cons:

Отель расположен не очень удобно, на окраине. Основные рестораны и красоты городка находятся в 20-40 минутах пешком. Но это, конечно, ожидаемо при заказе.
А вот неожиданное и главное большие проблемы с сервисом уборки в отеле. Нас была большая группа, выкупившая 3 номера. Заезжали вечером около 18 часов. Два номера были просто не готовы, и пришлось ждать полчаса уборки. Третий номер был готов, но в нем было так сильно накурено (хотя это запрещено правилами отеля), то пришлось делать специальную уборку, и ждать 40 минут. При этом заселение там с 15 часов.
За три ночи проживания ни в одном номере не убрались ни разу, хотя оставляли запрос на уборку. В итоге образовалась куча мусора, так как маленькая мусорная корзина быстро переполнилась.
Да и в целом уборка номера перед заселением была небрежной: на зеркале жирные пятна, на двери в туалет просто огромное количество грязи, местами пыль на полках.

Pros:

At the moment it's a brand new hotel, nothing is broken, everything is working. Direct access to the pool right from the room if it's on the 1st floor. Nice pool with warm water. Not too far from the gigantic beach with a good sand. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

No dedicated beach, you have to go there 500m. Hotel and the beach are situated next to busy street with noisy cars.

Good location and comfortable rooms, but housekeeping needs improvement.

The hotel has a convenient location and the staff were generally friendly. The room was comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant.

Cons:

The biggest issue was housekeeping. Rooms were not cleaned daily, even when requested. Cleanliness could be improved, and more attention to room maintenance would make the stay much better.

Pros:
