A comida do restaurante é fenomenal!!!
Fácil acesso ao hotel, fomos recebidos com muita simpatia. Quarto limpo e em boas condições. Vista para o rio é linda! A piscina é agradável e o jacuzzi também está espetacular! O silêncio predomina!! Excelente local para descansar!

The view of the room was lovely and serene
they advertised a massage a day and when you think you will get an actual massage - its just a jacuzzi. However that being the case- then they should then advertise a jacuzzi not a free massage. its false advertising.
Also we had dinner the first evening and it was lovely- the second evening we opted for a desert only and a port wine- the receptionist gentleman called and very offish said :its strange for you to want only desert and port wine!"

The photos look amazing, but unfortunately they don't reflect reality. The hotel's location and river views are absolutely beautiful, but the rooms are very outdated and poorly maintained.
When we arrived, the floor was dirty with dust and hair from previous guests. Housekeeping cleaned it immediately after we reported it, which we appreciated. However, the room still had mold on the bathroom ceiling, makeup stains on the wall, fingerprints on the glass doors, and a loose toilet paper holder.
The biggest issue was the air conditioning. We booked this hotel specifically because temperatures outside were 39°C (102°F), but after more than 2.5 hours, the room was still 29°C (84°F). The receptionist reset the unit, but it made no difference. At €125 per night, a working air conditioner should be a basic expectation.
The spa area looked nice but felt like a greenhouse because of the large glass windows, making it far too hot to relax. Because of the large glass windows that couldn't be opened, it felt like a greenhouse. The sauna was permanently set to 89°C with no possibility of adjusting the temperature, making the entire area unbearably hot rather than relaxing.
In the end, the room was simply too hot to sleep in, so we had to cancel our stay and find another hotel on a Sunday evening. Thankfully, Booking.com refunded us. Unfortunately, the receptionist showed no empathy when we left. No apology, no eye contact, and no friendly goodbye. We left feeling as though we had done something wrong, despite the hotel clearly failing to provide the basic comfort we had paid for.
Beautiful location, but disappointing accommodation and service. We would not stay here again.
