Une petite oasis au cœur d’Arequipa
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné dans une suite pendant 5 nuits qui est fidèle aux photos.
Les activités de l’hôtel sont top et l’organisation est très bien faite.
Un bar est situé à côté de la chambre mais très peu d’impact de bruit en semaine (fin de musique à 22h).
Piscine très agréable pour se baigner en journée!
Supérette à l’entrée pour un petit creux!
Personnel très sympathique!

Cons:

Seule ombre au tableau : une soirée le vendredi soir qui se finit à 3h du matin.
Même si la musique est en intérieur le son est beaucoup trop fort ce qui n’a pas d’intérêt.
Le personnel devrait se tenir à l’entrée de la salle pour refermer la porte lorsque les gens sortent fumer.
Également propreté de la chambre à revoir, taches sur les draps et sol pas très propre et les murs…

Limpieza y orden, buen desayuno.

Cons:

Hay hasta 3 pisos, solo escaleras y no hay ayuda para el traslado del equipaje. El hotel está partido por una calle (pasaje) que circulan vehículos, un poco peligroso y ruidoso por la noche.

Die Lage und die Unterkunft an sich. Schön gestaltet, ruhig aber gleichzeitig gibt es Aktivitäten und sie kümmern sich um alles.

Cons:

Unser früher Check in hat deutlich mehr gekostet als eine reguläre Nacht. Da wir mehrere Tage gebucht hatten und das Zimmer in der Früh schon fertig war, war ich zwar bereit, dafür zu zahlen aber es war im Nachhinein einfach sehr sehr teuer.
Unser Zimmer hatte eine super Lage, war aber kalt. In der Nacht ist es so schon nicht warm, aber ohne Heizung ist duschen eine kalte Angelegenheit.

Pros:

Un petit havre de paix très cosy avec un emplacement idéal pour visiter Arequipa. L’espace extérieur (piscine, restaurant) est très bien entretenu et très agréable. L’hôtel propose par ailleurs pas mal d’activités dans ou en dehors de la ville. Personnel très serviable (restaurant, accueil et magasin). Si nous retournons à Arequipa, nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans l’hôtel !
