Pros:

כל המתחם מאוד נעים ויפה, הסוכנות של ההוסטל מצויינת ועזרה לנו לסגור אטרקציות, אפשר לאחסן חפצים גם שעושים צ׳אק אאוט בלי בעיה

החדרים לא אטומים מרעש, היינו בשני חדשים ובאחד מהם זרם המים היה מאוד חלש

Wir haben schon bessere Frühstücke gehabt.
Die Fenster haben nicht sehr gut abgedichtet. Beim Karaoke Abend hat es fast keinen Unterschied gemacht ob wir die Fenster auf oder zu hatten xD

Beveiliger was erg vriendelijk ook het personeel ‘s ochtends bij het ontbijt. Flora was erg behulpzaam, door haar voelden we ons extra welkom.

Pros:

Wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft. Außenbereich sehr schön gestaltet, lädt zum verweilen ein. Mein Zimmer war groß genug und das Bett bequem. Tourenschalter vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die free Walking Tour für die man sich einfach eintragen kann.

Cons:

Mein Heißwasser hat nicht funktioniert. Ich war dann in einem Gemeinschaftsbad duschen.

Fint og rent værelse og beliggenhed god lige udenfor down town men kun 5-10 gang til midten.
Pros:

Fint hotel med lille oase med pool og liggestole, 10 minutter fra centrum. Gratis bagage opbevaring

Cons:

Ingen morgenmad buffet, 3 små menu at vælge imellem ingen drikkevarer. Det der var smagte godt.

Amazing location and garden! Highly recommended
Pros:

Great location and spacious area with an amazing ( and wellkept ) inside garden with a pool. Many activities each day, tasteful bar and a la carte menu. Staff were friendly too with an all day reception. Kind of them to offer a small welcome drink as well.

Cons:

We stayed 2 nights here with seperate bookings, firts booking came with a really simple room and bathroom that we didn’t like that much, however with the second booking our room for only a tiny more money was absolutely amazing - so presumably there can be big differences with the room types even if cost wise they are not so different.

Slechte service
Pros:

De locatie van het hotel is goed, je loopt snel de stad in.

Cons:

We hadden de eerste nacht geen warm water. Bij de recentie gaven ze aan het te gaan maken maar uiteindelijk gebeurde er niets. De volgende dag moesten we weer navragen en gaven ze aan het die dag te maken. Verder geen excuus of passende oplossing.

Na een nacht stapte we onze kamer uit en lag er overal stront op de gang. Ook dit aangegeven bij de receptie en ook nu geen excuus. Gelukkig was het een uur later schoongemaakt. Reacties waren constant onverschillig en niet gericht op het bezorgen van een fijn verblijf.

Nachten waren koud en er waren geen extra dekens op de kamer.

Voor een wat duurder hostel/hotel lag de verwachting hoger en hier is helaas niet aan voldaan.

The suite was great with good beds, nice garden

Cons:

Loud music all day long, very loud in the evening (Karaoke, techno dj and other evening activities). Music made it hard to relax in the room as well as in the garden

Kamer, locatie, douche, bed

Cons:

Personeel onvriendelijk, niet geïnteresseerd, opslag rugzakken stond open en iedereen kon alles eruit halen ( ondanks labelling), maar vooral personeel matig tot slecht.
