Pros:

Emplacement parfait,,maison très bien decoree et très chaleureuse,propriétaire très accueillante et sympathique.

Cons:

Lit de 1 place et demie pour un couple ,c’est bon peu juste et le matelas n'était pas très confortable.
La salle de bain et WC commune n'étaient pas très propres
La chambre était minuscule

Pros:

A place with great character in an excellent location. The host really cares about Lofoten and making sure that her guests have a good experience. If you want something different from the standard hotel experience, this is the place to go. Lene is great.

Lene is a wonderful host who offers a comfortable room in her home . She makes you feel at home.
Pros:

Comfortable good sized bed and welcoming host. Thank you Lene for the great travel tips, not just for Svolvaer but also for the Lofoten Islands (which we loved). We appreciated your hospitality. Sharing bathroom facilities with another couple was not a problem.

Very homely and generous hostess in the best location in Svolvaer......Good value for this Svolvaer

Lene, was a great host that undestands what travellers need. She describes herself as the "Crazy Aunt".
She's very generous, and even asked if she could cook dinner for me on the first night as I was arriving at about dinner time.
We shared dinner for 2 nights in a row and I got to try some very traditional dishes of the area, Whale and Salmon..... Yum.......
Great kitchen and home, Boho style of decorations, more than unique.....
Best value in this expensive town for accomodation, and in the best location in town for a Non Hotel. Pretty much on the water front on the edge of the new area, with the hotels......

A wonderfully cozy home with an amazing host, a great location in Lofoten, and unforgettable homemade fishcakes!
Pros:

The location is excellent , just a short 5-10 minute walk to the bus stop and town center. The house has a wonderful, cozy atmosphere with a beautiful view of the harbor from the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the room was very clean with a comfortable bed. What made the stay truly special was Lene the host. She knows so much about Lofoten! She is incredibly warm and welcoming, and even went out of her way to cook delicious fishcakes for me! It felt like staying at a friend's home.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

Cons:

There was an unpleasant smell on the first floor which seems to be permanent. The room was cold, and a heater is required to be on at all times, which is not the safest option during the night.

Pros:

J'ai séjourné 2 nuits chez Lene et elle est formidable.
Elle sait être disponible et à l'écoute. Elle est très accueillante et sa maison est très bien équipée pour cuisiner ou passer un bon moment face à une superbe vue sur le port.
J'ai très bien dormi, au calme. Une expérience à renouveler si besoin et que je conseille.
